Heavenly Father,
we praise and glorify you,
we thank you for the gift of life you have given,
and for blessing us with our beloved Dr. Tony’s life.
Thank You for this day to celebrate and rejoice in the life of our dear President, Dr. Tony.
We pray that his faith in God continues as he grows older and that he might find comfort in God’s love for him.

May you bless him today on his special day and every day after and he may be filled with joy, peace, and love.

And through the inspiration and intercession of our holy founder St. John Baptist de La Salle, may he continue to respond to the mission entrusted to him.
This we ask in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer for Priests

Gracious and loving God, we thank you for the gift of our priests.
Through them, we experience your presence in the sacraments.

Help our priests to be strong in their vocation.
Set their souls on fire with love for your people.

Grant them the wisdom, understanding, and strength they need to follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
Inspire them with the vision of your Kingdom.

Give them the words they need to spread the Gospel.
Allow them to experience joy in their ministry.

Help them to become instruments of your divine grace.

We ask this through Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns as our Eternal Priest.

DEAR MOTHER OF PERPETUAL HELP* FROM THE CROSS JESUS GAVE YOU TO US FOR OUR MOTHER. YOU ARE THE KINDEST, THE MOST LOVING * OF ALL MOTHERS. LOOK TENDERLY ON US YOUR CHILDREN * AS WE NOW ASK YOU TO HELP US IN ALL OUR NEEDS * ESPECIALLY THIS ONE .

(PAUSE TO RECALL YOUR PETITION).

WHILE YOU WERE ON EARTH, DEAR MOTHER * YOU WILLINGLY SHARED IN THE SUFFERINGS OF YOUR SON. STRENGTHENED BY YOUR FAITH AND CONFIDENCE * IN THE FATHERLY LOVE OF GOD * YOU ACCEPTED THE MYSTERIOUS DESIGNS OF HIS WILL.
