God our Father,
Thank you so much for your Goodness in my life
May the remembrance of your Goodness and Kindness inspire me to be good and kind to everyone I meet. Help me to live exemplary life. Forgive me for the times I showed bad example through my words, thoughts, actions and inactions. Heal them in your Love, Lord.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen

Reflection Points Mt 5:17-19
In this Lent we are reminded that keeping the Commandments of is a way to appreciate God and keep His Goodness to us in our memory. Observing the commands of the Lord is also the way express our wisdom and intelligence.

Living exemplary life is not just a way we evangelize other people but it's also an effective way to make them feel God's Love and lead them to a better life. Our life maybe the only available Bible to so many people. We ought to be careful always so that we don't scandalize or lead others to sins.

Jesus said, I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. On the Cross Jesus fulfilled the spirit of the Law and the Prophets which is Divine Love. He demonstrates God's Love on the Cross of Calvary. In the same way let us show God's goodness to our neighbours through our sacrificial Love for them. Listen to them, help those who need help, encourage those who are disappointed and depressed. Do good and be good.

𝐌𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐬 | 𝐅𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the holy season of Lent in the Christian calendar. It is a day of fasting, prayer, and repentance where we receive ashes on our foreheads as a sign of our mortality and our need for God's mercy. The ashes, made from the blessed palms of the previous year's Palm Sunday, are marked on our foreheads in the shape of a cross with the words: "Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return" or "Repent and believe in the Gospel."

This sacred day invites us to enter into a 40-day journey of spiritual preparation, mirroring Jesus' time in the desert. Through prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, we prepare our hearts for the celebration of Easter by walking closely with Christ through reflection, repentance, and conversion.
