SAINT MARK THE EVANGELIST | Today, April 25th the Feast of St. Mark the Evangelist – Patron Saint of notaries, attorneys, barristers, captives, prisoners, glaziers, and stained-glass workers.

St. Mark, known as the author of the second Gospel, was a close companion of St. Peter and one of the early witnesses to the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Through his Gospel, he beautifully proclaimed the power, compassion, and saving mission of Christ, reminding us to remain steadfast in faith even in times of trials. His life of service and dedication continues to inspire us to courageously share the Good News with others.

DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY | Today, as we celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday, we are reminded of the boundless love and infinite mercy of our Lord, who never ceases to welcome us despite our weaknesses and shortcomings. This sacred feast invites us to trust more deeply in His compassion and to return to Him with humble and repentant hearts.

As a community of faith, may we continue to deepen our devotion, especially through prayer, the Sacraments, and acts of charity. Let us be reminded that mercy is not only something we receive, but also something we are called to share with one another.
