With deep sadness, we join the mourning of the passing of Most Rev. Emilio "Boy" Bataclan, DD, Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of Cebu.

Bishop Boy dedicated his life to serving God, the Church, and the faithful with humility, compassion, and unwavering commitment. His shepherding presence, wisdom, and kindness touched countless lives and will be remembered with gratitude.

As we commend his soul to the loving mercy of our Lord, let us keep him and his family in our prayers.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

Heavenly Father,
We come to You with humble hearts, lifting up our brothers and sisters in entire cebu who were affected by the recent earthquake. Please comfort those who are afraid, heal those who are hurt, and give strength to the families who destroyed their homes.

Lord, bless the rescuers and everyone helping in this difficult time. May Your protection and love surround all the people as they recover and rebuild. We trust in Your mercy and ask for peace, safety, and hope for everyone in the days ahead
Amen.
