Dear PHINMA UPang Students,
We understand the challenges brought by Typhoon Maymay and the Habagat, especially for those affected by flooding and difficulties in traveling to campus.

In consideration of these circumstances, the 𝐏𝟏 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟕–𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

This adjustment gives everyone time to recover, catch up on missed activities, and prepare adequately while ensuring that all academic requirements remain in place.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟎–𝟏𝟓, please use this to catch up on your classwork, assessments, and prepare for the P1 examination. You are encouraged to settle your P1 dues early and secure your examination permit ahead of the exam week so you can fully focus on your exam preparation.

For your safety and convenience, online payment is highly encouraged, especially for those who may have difficulty traveling to campus. Yet, Finance Teller section will also remain open to accommodate and assist those who need to process their payment transactions in person.

Today, we celebrate the birth of St. John the Baptist, the faithful precursor who prepared the way for our Lord Jesus Christ.

His life reminds us of the importance of humility, courage, and unwavering faith in God's plan. As students, educators, and members of the PHINMA UPang community, may we be inspired by his example to seek truth, pursue wisdom, and use our gifts in service of others.

Let us ask for the intercession of St. John the Baptist, that we may grow in knowledge, character, and faith as we continue our educational journey.

Today, the PHINMA University of Pangasinan community came together in faith to celebrate the Ash Wednesday and mark the beginning of the Lenten season.

May this season of prayer, reflection, and renewal bring us closer to God and to one another.

As we begin the sacred season of Lent, let’s take time to pause, reflect, and return to God with humble and contrite hearts. Ash Wednesday reminds us of our human frailty and God’s boundless mercy, calling us to repentance, prayer, and renewal.

Let us come together as one faith community for the Holy Mass and Imposition of Ashes on February 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the PHINMA UPang Gymnasium to be presided over by Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Dumrique, CM.

May this solemn celebration mark the beginning of a meaningful Lenten journey as we grow deeper in faith, hope, and love.
