As we joyfully prepare for the celebration of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Parish Youth Coordinating Council (PYCC) of Virgen de Los Desamparados Parish is once again offering “A Rose for Mary” for only ₱50.00 each.

A rose is more than a flower—it is a simple offering of love, gratitude, and devotion to our Blessed Mother.

Each rose will be offered to Mama Mary as we commemorate her Nativity.

A Celebration of Love and Devotion to Our Blessed Mother.

This September 8, we warmly invite you to join us in a heartfelt celebration honoring the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. As one community united in faith, let us come together to express our love and devotion through music, prayer, and the symbolic offering of roses.

💐 Offer a Rose to Mama Mary
As part of this special tribute, you are encouraged to offer a rose to Mama Mary. Each rose, available for only ₱50, will be lovingly placed at her altar and included in our collective prayers. This simple gesture carries deep meaning, representing our personal intentions and gratitude to our Heavenly Mother.

🎶 Program Highlights
• A musical presentation by our parish choir, featuring a special solo performance dedicated to Mary
• A youth-led performance that reflects the vibrancy and devotion of the next generation
• A communal prayer offering, where all roses will be presented as a symbol of our shared love and reverence

💐 Program Proceeds – Flower Offering
Proceeds from each Flower Offering will contribute to a dedicated fund supporting Parish initiatives, including:
• Maintenance and repair of Parish facilities
• Landscape care and upkeep of parish grounds
• Beautification projects to enhance the church environment

May 31, 2026 — Virgen de los Desamparados Parish joyfully concluded its Flores de Mayo celebration with the Sagala and Santa Cruzan Culmination. The event began with the graceful entrance of the Sagala inside the church, followed by the praying of the Holy Rosary and the celebration of the Holy Mass.

With hearts full of devotion and gratitude, parishioners then took part in the traditional Santa Cruzan parade, filling the streets with color, faith, and Marian love. Truly, it was a beautiful reminder that faith continues to bloom in our community, bringing generations together in prayer and celebration.
