yung excitement ng monday, wla na.
yung relief ng friday, ang layo pa
nasa gitna ka, and real talk?
sa gitna tayo minsan pinakapagod magtiwala.

kase dito na pumapasok yung mga tanong
"tama ba tong ginagawa ko?"
"kelan ba mangyayari to?"
"bakit parang ang bagal?"

pero ka low-key blessed,
proverbs 3:5-6 yung bulong ni Lord sayo ngayon
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

lunes nanaman, pero teka lng.

hindi ko alam kung anong dala mo papasok ng week nato. baka pagod, baka kaba, baka yung pakiramdam na "ulit nanaman?"

pero alam mo kung anong meron si Lord para sayo today? bagong isip

"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
— Romans 12:2

hindi niya sinabi na baguhin mo yung schedule mo para maging okay ka.
hindi niya sinabi na dagdagan mo yung hustle para maging worth it ka.
ang sabi niya: bagong isip

kase minsan hindi naman talaga lunes yung mabigat eh. yung iniisip natin tungkol sa lunes yung mabigat.

yung "hindi ko kaya" na paulit ulitt.
yung "late nako" na bumubulong.
yung "wla akong ambag" na sumisigaw.

pero ka low-key blessed, hindi yan yung totoo

linggo na, hindi mo need maghabol, hindi ko need mag perform.

hindi lng pahinga sa katawan
pahinga sa kaluluwa.

yung love niya? hindi naka depende sa performance mo

kamusta yung heart mo this week?

baka halo-halo yung feels mo
may thankful ka, pero pagod pa din
excited ka for weekend,
pero may anxiety din sa next week
may ngiti ka, pero may luha din na hindi mo maipaliwanag.

ma ka low-key blessed, valid lahat ng emotions mo
hindi ka dramatic
hindi ka weak, tao ka
at ang Diyos? hindi siya naiilang sa feelings mo.

sa Psalms 56:8, sinasabi na kinokolekta ni Lord yung bawat luha mo
literal na nilalagay niya sa bottle nir-record niya.
ibig sabihin, nakikita ka niya,
nir-recognize yung sakit mo, yung saya mo, lahat.

God siya ng "come to me all you who are weary."
