Today’s Lesson

1 Corinthians 12:12–27 📜

The Bible passage we studied today is taken from the First Letter of Paul to the Corinthians. He reminds all believers in Christ of the importance of helping one another as members of the “Body of Christ,” which signifies that we are all united in Him. He also encourages everyone to serve the church faithfully.

The text describes the church as the body of Christ—one body composed of many parts, just like our physical bodies, where each part has its own unique function and purpose.

How does our body work? All its different parts function together in harmony. This is exactly the message that Paul shared with the believers in Corinth.

The church is the Body of Christ—this serves as a meaningful illustration. Its members—those who worship and believe in Christ—are called to contribute their time, talents, and efforts so that the church may fulfill its mission and purpose in our time.

Come, let us learn and grow together!

Today’s Lesson

Genesis 1:27 NIV 📜
[27] "So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them."

This passage reveals that every person is uniquely created by God and bears His image, giving each of us inherent worth and value. Our differences are part of His perfect design, making creation more beautiful while uniting us as one family. This serves as the foundation of Pagkakaiba and Pagkakaisa—reminding us that though we are distinct, we are called to live together in harmony, respect, and love.

Let us always remember: because we are made in God’s image, every life is precious, and every person has a special purpose in His plan.

Come, let us learn and grow together!

Today’s Lesson

Our learning today focused on explaining that every creation of God holds unique value and purpose, despite the differences among us.

We also discussed and defined two meaningful concepts:

》 Pagkakaiba – which translates to differences

》 Pagkakaisa – which translates to unity

This teaching reminds us that our distinct qualities do not make us less important; instead, they are part of God’s wonderful design that calls us to stand together in harmony and oneness.

That is why we should all remember: our differences are not meant to separate us, but to bring us closer to one another. Each of us plays a special role in God’s plan, and it is through embracing our uniqueness and choosing unity that we truly reflect His love and purpose for all creation.

Come, let us learn and grow together!

Genesis 1:26–28 📜

This Bible verse teaches that being created in the image of God is not limited to physical appearance alone. God desires that we reflect His character—becoming people who are loving, forgiving, humble, compassionate, and thankful. These are the qualities we explored and reflected upon on the first day of our VCS '26, held at Mangansag Chapel. The day was filled with meaningful activities, joy, and warm fellowship.

We affirm that every child has inherent worth and dignity, and that each is deeply loved and valued by God.

Our journey has only just begun! All children have the right and the desire to learn life-changing truths and grow in faith. You are not just participants—you are beloved children of God. We invite you to join us as we continue this meaningful experience.

Come, let us learn and grow together!

Join us for a meaningful journey of faith, learning, and love! ✨

Rooted in the spirit of unity and wholeness, our programme offers more than just lessons — it is a beautiful experience that will transform how children see the world and their place within it. Regardless of their background, culture, or walk of life, all are welcome here. This space values each child, celebrating their uniqueness and encouraging growth not only in knowledge but also in spirit and character.

Here, children will:
》 Nurture their spirituality and develop values that reflect God’s goodness and love.

》 Engage in fun, hands-on activities that bring lessons to life within their surroundings and community.

》 Ignite their curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking as they explore God’s Word in exciting ways.

》 Discover their voice and purpose — reflecting on life and society, and learning how to make a positive difference, whether working independently or with others.

》 Link their faith to their identity, as lessons are shared in ways that respect their culture, traditions, and daily experiences.

It is a time of joy and celebration, where children can express their faith through worship, music, arts, and stories. It is also an opportunity for them to learn responsible stewardship of God’s creation, develop leadership skills, and live out Shalom — a life filled with justice, peace, and respect for all that God has made.

Come, be part of this wonderful adventure! Grow, learn, and share God’s love with everyone. Because here, we believe that every child is created in His likeness — unique, valued, and called to shine! 💛🙏

Happy first blessed Sunday, everyone! 🙏🏻💒

Today's homily, delivered by Rev. Sheila, offered profound insights into the true meaning of discipleship. It's clear that being a disciple isn't just a casual commitment; it means a true disciple is ready to give everything. We were challenged to reflect on four key aspects:

1. Prioritizing Christ above all else.
2. Embracing the cross with purpose.
3. Planning and preparing our spiritual journey intentionally.
4. Detaching from hindrances that hold us back.

Now, here are the biggest questions we must ask ourselves, honestly and prayerfully: Who truly holds the first place in your heart? What cross are you carrying, and how are you bearing it with faith and resilience? Do you have a plan to persevere until the end, guided by God's grace? What are you willing to release to fully follow Jesus, trusting in His guidance? Are you prepared to take your discipleship seriously, giving it your all with unwavering commitment?

Remember, Christianity isn't a part-time activity; it's a complete commitment to God. As Jesus lovingly says, "Let go first, I will catch you." Discipleship demands a price, but the reward is true life and eternal salvation. Jesus seeks not a portion of us, but our wholeness—our time, our beings, and our very lives dedicated to Him. ☝🏻💕

Today's homily explained God's everlasting love for all of us. We know that everything in this world is temporary and has an end, but God's love endures, even when we make mistakes.

Now, here's the question: In our lives, where do we find true love?

True love is found in God. He is always there for us. He alone loves us truly and faithfully. Even if everyone forgets us, God never will.

Always remember that the Lord loves us dearly.

Happy Blessed Sunday, everyone! ✨🤍

It's already December!? We're now in the last month of the year. How was everyone's semester break? Did everyone enjoy and relax?

Surprisingly, the second periodical exam is coming! But don't be stress, because God is always here for all of us. Our God believes in everyone's ability to surpass and pass the examinations with eagerness and perseverance. Remember "𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒅𝒐 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒔 𝒎𝒆." — 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔 4 : 13. This verse reminds us that with God's help, we can overcome any challenges. Just do your best with honesty, and God will honor your diligence and give you the blessings you deserve! 💟

Good Luck everyone! We can do this, fighting! 💪
Don't forget to pray before and after you take your exams! 💓
