February 18, 2017, was the groundbreaking of the chapel. From that date to December 2017 we processed the papers and documents to establish the chapel - and during this time we also constructed one column for the chapel. For the year 2018, the blueprint was also made, and the papers as well to legalize the construction of the chapel - and with this year the remaining three-column was constructed

within the years 2018 - August 2019 due to lack of funding. And with the new set of officers, the construction of the chapel was pushed through to gather and establish funding and seeking sponsors to build the chapel. December 2019 came and it was seen that we need to make our actions doubled to continue the construction. One of the officers seek help for her sister who was, fortunately, working abroad - who also reached out to her boss, Belen Dameglio for assistance to help the construction.
