Siete Palabras Service | Reflection at the Cross

Today, we gathered as one church family to remember the seven last words of Jesus on the cross each word filled with love, sacrifice, forgiveness, and hope.

From “Father, forgive them” to “It is finished,” we were reminded of the depth of Christ’s love for us. His words were not just spoken in pain, but in purpose bringing salvation, restoration, and eternal life.

As we reflected on each palabra, our hearts were humbled and renewed. We were reminded to forgive, to trust, to care for one another, and to surrender everything to God just as Jesus did.

Truly, the cross is not the end, but the beginning of our hope.

Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your sacrifice.

Today’s service was a beautiful reminder of humility, love, and grace

We experienced the Washing of the Feet, symbolizing Christ’s servant heart, and shared in the Holy Communion, remembering His sacrifice and unconditional love for us. Truly, our hearts were filled with His presence.

We also celebrated a very special moment—happy birthday, Pastora Jen! and Mr Eduardo Payawal! Your life and leadership are such a blessing to our church. We thank God for your unwavering faith, love, and dedication in serving Him and His people.

Indeed, today was a day full of reflection, gratitude, and joy. All glory to God!

Sunday Service Highlights

We are truly grateful to God for a blessed and meaningful day of worship. Together, we experienced His presence, grace, and unfailing love.

Our gathering became even more special, as we were blessed and happy to be joined by Pastora Jennelyn Uson and her brother. Despite coming from a far place, their presence and sharing brought so much joy and inspiration to all of us.

We continue to declare God’s goodness in our lives and in our church. All glory and honor belong to Him alone!

Yesterday, during our Saturday fellowship at Vision United Methodist Church, we were blessed to gather together in worship and fellowship. Moments like these remind us how important it is to come together as one church family.

We also shared a joyful time as we celebrated a late birthday treat from our UMYF member, Princess. Thank you for sharing your blessing and making the fellowship even more special!

Today, as we experience a power interruption, we are still grateful for yesterday’s gathering and the memories we shared as a church family. God’s presence is always with us, with or without electricity.

We thank God for the opportunity to serve and share blessings through our Outreach Mission.
Today, we were able to bring smiles, hope, and encouragement to the community. This activity reminded us that even simple acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s life.

Through this mission, we experienced the true meaning of compassion and service. It is not only about giving, but also about sharing love, building connections, and reminding one another that we are never alone.

We are grateful to everyone who supported and helped make this outreach possible. May God continue to bless each one of us so that we may keep serving others with love and faith.

We pray that this small act of service will inspire more people to spread kindness and hope in their own communities.

This month, we celebrate the strength, courage, and faith of every woman who continues to inspire change and make a difference in our communities. Women are not only leaders and achievers, but also nurturers, servants, and pillars of hope in our families, church, and society.

As we honor women this month, let us recognize their sacrifices, dedication, and the powerful role they play in shaping a better future. May we continue to uplift, support, and empower one another.

Today, the Vision UMC Family went to Sta. Cruz, Sitio Pao to celebrate the fiesta. We were truly grateful for the warm invitation of our Lay Minister’s sister who welcomed us into her home.

It was a day filled with joy, laughter, delicious food, and meaningful fellowship. Moments like this remind us that we are not just a church, but a family united in faith and love.

All glory and thanks be to God!

Lay Servant Ministry | Last Saturday
(Late Upload)
Last Saturday was a truly blessed and inspiring time with our Lay Servant Ministry.

We gathered together to strengthen our faith, grow in God’s Word, and renew our commitment to serve. Through the teaching, sharing, and fellowship, we were reminded that being a lay servant is not just a title — it is a calling to lead, to serve, and to reflect Christ in our daily lives.
The message encouraged us to stay faithful, humble, and willing to be used by God in any way He calls us. As servants of the Lord, we are called to be instruments of peace, love, and hope in our church and community.

Thank you to everyone who participated and shared their time and hearts. May we continue to serve with joy and dedication.

Outreach Mission

With hearts full of love and hands ready to serve, we stepped out in faith for our Outreach Mission sharing not only what we have, but the compassion and kindness God has placed in our hearts.

Every smile, every prayer, and every helping hand reminded us that even the smallest act of love can make a big difference. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve, to connect, and to be instruments of hope in our community. Truly, giving is a blessing, and love grows when it is shared.

“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18

Today, we gathered as one faith community to observe Ash Wednesday — a sacred moment of reflection, repentance, and renewal. As ashes were placed upon our foreheads, we were reminded of our humility before God and our call to turn our hearts back to Him. This day marks the beginning of our Lenten journey — a season of prayer, fasting, and deep spiritual reflection.

“Repent, and believe in the Gospel.” — Mark 1:15

May this holy season lead us to sincere repentance, renewed faith, and a closer walk with the Lord. Let our hearts be open, our spirits be humble, and our lives be living testimonies of God’s grace.

Come and join us as we begin this sacred Lenten journey with us. As we gather for our Ash Wednesday Service, we are reminded of God’s grace, mercy, and the call to reflect, repent, and renew our hearts before Him. May this moment of prayer and the imposition of ashes lead us into a season of deeper faith, humility, and devotion.

Let us walk together in reflection and hope as we prepare our hearts for the season of Lent. Join us in worship, prayer, and quiet surrender to the Lord for in Him, we find renewal, purpose, and everlasting grace.

“Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning. Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.” — Joel 2:12–13
