When Jesus commanded us to preach the gospel to all nations, you may ask, "Does Jesus mean me?"

If we look at ourselves through only human eyes, there are so many reasons to say, "Jesus can't mean me. I'm too quiet/loud, emotional/unemotional. I think too much/too little and do too much/too little."

While the call was meant for us all, He never meant for us to do the work alone. When He ascended to heaven, the promised Holy Spirit came to His disciple on Pentecost Sunday. Through the Holy Spirit, they received power to preach the gospel to all nations.

Today, the Holy Spirit continues to empower us to boldly proclaim the gospel to every nation, regardless of who we are or are not, and what we think we have or do not have.

Jesus still said: “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭28‬) 😔☝🏻

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞. Quietly nurturing, serving, and taking care of the very foundation of her family. Her efforts may often go unnoticed, yet her strength remains 𝒖𝒏𝒘𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 and her perseverance 𝒖𝒏𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 despite every challenge and circumstance. 🫡

Yesterday, we started our new series that focuses on the Book of Deuteronomy. We learned from Moses about God's faithfulness towards His people throughout their journey in the wilderness to the Promised Land.

There are two responses that we can do from what we learned: know the heart of God towards us and trust Him with all of our heart. Because God is ALWAYS ENOUGH.
