MATTHEW 21:19-22
THE POWER OF BELIEVING PRAYER
Speaker: Rev. Francis Landingin

I. THE PRINCIPLE OF PRAYER - “Whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer”

II. THE PRACTICE OF PRAYER - “believing”

III. THE PROMISE OF GOD - “you shall receive”

Matthew 21:19–22 reminds us that prayer is powerful when it is offered with genuine faith in God. We are encouraged to pray, believe without doubting, and trust God’s promise. Our confidence is not in the power of our own words, but in the power and faithfulness of God. When we pray with believing hearts, we can trust that God hears us and will answer according to His will and purpose.

We would like to thank Pastor Francis for sharing a powerful and encouraging message from God’s Word with us while our pastor was ministering at our Main Church service.

Matthew 9:35-38 KJV
WE MUST BE LIKE JESUS

I. SEE WHAT JESUS SAW - v.36–37
A. He saw the fields need to be harvested
b. He saw there are few laborers
c. He saw the need was great

II. FEEL WHAT JESUS FELT - v.36
A. He felt sorry for the lost sheep
B. He felt compassion towards the lost sheep

III. PRAY WHAT JESUS PRAYED - v.38
A. He prayed for more laborers
B. He prayed to God to call more laborers

We know the need, and we know the way. We can clearly see the challenges around us and understand what needs to be done. We may even know the path we are being called to take. But perhaps the greatest challenge is not knowing what to do—it is being willing to answer the call. The real question is whether we are ready to say, “Here I am. Send me.”

JAMES 4:8
OUR STANDING: NEAR OR FAR?
Speaker: Pastor Edselle Balajadia

I. THE STEP WE TAKE FARTHER
Distance Getting Greater
A. The first few steps hurts
B. Then they become normal

II. THE STEP WE TAKE CLOSER
Distance Getting Nearer
A. The closer we are, the clearer we see our faults
B. The closer we are, the more we will hate sin

III. THE STEP THAT CAUSE DISTANCE ARE ALWAYS OURS
A. We keep fighting our old nature daily.
B. We just keep on relying on His grace daily

Following Christ is a daily choice. Each day, we decide not only to follow Him but to draw closer to Him. The closer we are to Christ, the more we see His character, His will, and our need to become more like Him. May we continue to walk closely with Him and grow in faith everyday!

SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE
July 26, 2026 - Marathon Service

Speaker: Bro. Elroy Balajadia
Proverbs 16:18
I. What pride is and where it leads
A. Pride: Exalting self above God and others – Proverbs 11:2
B. The certain outcome – Isaiah 2:12
II. Warnings from scripture
A. Lucifer wanted to be like God – Cast down – Isaiah 14:13-14
B. Nebuchadnezzar: Boasted in his own power – Lost his trone –
Daniel 4:30-21
III. How to walk in humility
A. Give God all glory for what you have
B. Accept correction without offense – Proverbs 12:15
C. Value others as much as yourself – Philippians 2

God wants us to have humble hearts. Instead of seeking our own glory or depending on our own strength, we should trust and obey Him. When we humble ourselves before God, He promises to lift us up - not according to our timing, but according to His perfect time. So let us choose humility every day and allow God to work in our lives for His honor and glory.
