REQUIESCAT IN PACE

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rev. Fr. Magdaleno R. Ruelos, Jr. He peacefully returned to our Almighty Father on the evening of July 10, 2024, surrounded by the love and prayers of his family and close friends.

Fr. Ruelos, affectionately known as “Apo Dalo,” dedicated his life to serving the church and its community with unwavering faith and compassion. His decades of ministry touched the lives of countless individuals, offering spiritual guidance, comfort, and support. His legacy of devotion and kindness will continue to inspire those who knew him.

He is survived by his loving family, friends, and parishioners who will deeply miss his presence and spiritual leadership. We invite everyone to join us in offering our prayers and in honoring his memory. Details of the funeral services will be announced shortly.

We wish to inform you that the Annual Archdiocesan Clergy Retreat will be taking place this week, commencing tomorrow and concluding on Friday. During this period, the schedule for the weekday Holy Mass will be adjusted as follows:

July 8 - 12, 2024

6:00 AM - Simbaan A Bassit
(Please note there will be no Holy Mass at Pope Francis Hall at this time)

5:15 PM - Pope Francis Hall

We kindly ask all parishioners to take note of these changes and adjust your plans accordingly.

As our clergy engage in this retreat, let us join together in prayer for their spiritual renewal and deepened connection with the Lord. May this time be filled with fruitful and meaningful encounters that will enrich their ministry and service to our community.
