In the midst of the chaos of everyday life, sometimes we just need to clock out of the hustle, take a pause, and allow ourselves to breathe before moving on to the next big steps ⏰.
Last week’s kamustahan reminded us how a quick check in can lighten the load of a heavy week. We are truly grateful for a community that accompanies us in praise and thanksgiving through every season of life ✨.

We are a Catholic movement of young Filipinos dedicated to evangelizing the youth and training leaders for the service of the Church
We envision Filipino youth who have a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ, who participate actively in the life and mission of the Catholic Church, and who increasingly become agents of social transformation in society
Christian Life Series
The CLS, held weekly for 7 weeks, is comprised of plenary input and life-sharing through small groups. One learns more about different ways of prayer, understanding scripture, and is led to discover the power of the Holy Spirit in one’s renewed life.
General Assemblies
We also meet regularly just to catch up and build stronger relationships through talks, games, sharings and many more!
Prayer Meetings
We gather regularly to worship and give thanks to the Lord. It is also a time to hear inspiring personal testimonies and uplifting talks from CYAers coming from different schools.
Mission Trips
In CYA, we are always on the move to bring Christ to others. CYAers across the nation are sent to different locations to go on mission; do random evangelizations, conduct youthful and evangelistic activities, give talks and sharings, and build strong relationships with the youth.
Action Groups
Amidst the hustle and bustle of the week, through it's ups and downs and weekly routine, there is a group of men or women that you can turn to. Over a nice meal, a snack or recreational activity, we share our experiences, joys and concerns of the week. It is a group where our relationship with the Lord is strengthened and are moved together to take action in concretely loving God.
Fellowships
A time to have fun and build relationships with our brothers and sisters through games, sports and other recreational activities.
