The NAC 46 Music Ministry extends our deepest thanks to the Oliva Family of Mandaue Chapter/Mandaue Central Mission and the Balbuena Family of Talamban Chapter for opening not only your homes, but also your hearts to us throughout our rehearsal journey.

🏆 GUIDELINES FOR CLAIMING NAC46 RAFFLE PRIZES
To ensure the smooth and timely release of prizes, all winners are kindly requested to submit the following:

✅ Required Documents
• Digital copy of the winning raffle ticket
• Complete bank details for crediting of prize:
• Name of Bank
• Account Name
• Account Number
• Proof of account ownership (deposit slip, bank statement, or online banking screenshot showing name and account number)

All documents must be reviewed, certified, and endorsed by your Chapter / Outreach Coordinator, confirming that:
✔ Details submitted are true, correct, and complete
✔ Ticket matches the officially declared winning number

✔Then the Chapter coordinator will email the required documents to NAC 46 Raffle Committee at [email protected]. You may also contact 09177996972 if you have questions.

✅ Submission of Documents
Please email the required documents to your NAC 46 Chapter or Outreach Coordinator for verification and endorsement to the Raffle Committee, Finance Head and NAC Chairman. Please copy furnish this email add: [email protected] to ensure that your claim is attended properly.

⏳ Processing & Release of Prizes
• Prizes will be credited directly to the winner’s nominated bank account
• Crediting will be completed within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of complete and properly endorsed documents

• Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the raffle draw date
• Incomplete or unendorsed submissions may cause delays
• Provincial and overseas winners must ensure accuracy of bank details
• For overseas winners, we strongly prefer crediting through any Philippine bank to avoid remittance charges

NAC 46 was more than an event. It was a beautiful expression of faith, unity, service, and love for God and community. Behind every session, every song, every smile, every registration desk, every technical run, every meal served, every prayer offered, and every detail prepared were hearts willing to serve with joy and excellence.
