Ang trabaho bilang isang Pastor. Tandaan natin!

1. Pagtuturo ng Salita ng Diyos
Ang pangunahing tungkulin ng pastor ay ang magturo ng malalim at tamang doktrina mula sa Salita ng Diyos (2 Timoteo 3:16-17). Ang pagtuturo ay dapat nakatuon sa pagpapalalim ng pananampalataya at pag-unawa ng mga miyembro sa kalooban ng Diyos.

2. Pagpapakita ng Mabuting Halimbawa
Ang pastor ay dapat maging modelo ng buhay-Kristiyano, gaya ng iniutos ni Pablo kay Timoteo:

> “Maging halimbawa ka ng mga mananampalataya sa salita, pamumuhay, pag-ibig, pananampalataya, at kalinisan.” (1 Timoteo 4:12)

3. Pagsasagawa ng Discipleship
Maglaan ng panahon para sa mentoring o discipleship, kung saan ang pastor ay naggagabay nang personal sa mga miyembro upang maunawaan nila ang kanilang pananampalataya at ipamuhay ito (Mateo 28:19-20).

4. Panalangin at Intercession
Regular na ipanalangin ang mga miyembro upang sila’y lumago sa pananampalataya. Ang pastor din ay dapat turuan sila ng kahalagahan ng personal at kolektibong panalangin.

5. Pagbibigay ng Pastoral Care
Tumulong sa mga espiritwal na pangangailangan ng mga miyembro sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng payo, pag-aliw, at pagtulong sa panahon ng pagsubok (Galacia 6:2).

6. Pagpapalago ng Fellowship
Hikayatin ang aktibong pakikilahok sa mga gawain ng simbahan, gaya ng pagsamba, Bible study, at ministeryo, upang maipakita ang pagkakaisa ng katawan ni Cristo (Hebreo 10:24-25).

7. Pag-equip ng mga Miyembro
Sanayin ang mga miyembro para sa ministeryo upang sila rin ay maging tagapagbahagi ng Salita ng Diyos at maglingkod sa kanilang mga kapwa (Efeso 4:11-13).

8. Pagpapalakas sa Evangelism
Turuan ang mga miyembro na ibahagi ang kanilang pananampalataya sa iba at magdala ng iba pang kaluluwa sa kaharian ng Diyos (Mateo 5:14-16).

9. Pagpapalalim ng Espiritwal na Disiplina
Turuan sila ng mga espiritwal na disiplina tulad ng panalangin, pag-aaral ng Bibliya, pag-aayuno, at pagsamba bilang mga hakbang sa pagiging malapit sa Diyos (2 Pedro 3:18).

10. Pagtuturo ng Pagsunod sa Espiritu Santo
Ituro ang kahalagahan ng pagsunod sa Espiritu Santo sa kanilang buhay upang sila’y lumago at magbunga ng bunga ng Espiritu (Galacia 5:22-23).

In every task they carried, from the designs to Arny and Roselen, to Aljon, Jane and Kian sa paghakot sa mga people and to our only indaeee Kielah, truly they served the Lord wholeheartedly, making this 4𝒕𝒉 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝑪𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒚 truly blessed and successful.

Celebrating 4 Years of God’s Faithfulness! ✨

Today, we joyfully celebrate the 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭! 💒

With hearts full of gratitude, we look back on how God has sustained, strengthened, and guided our church through every season. From humble beginnings to where we are now, His grace has never failed us. 🙌

To my beloved church family,

My heart is truly full of gratitude for all your heartfelt greetings during our Sunday service. Your kind words, prayers, and love mean more to me than I can express. Being surrounded by such a caring and faith-filled community reminds me how blessed I am to walk this journey with all of you.

As it says in 1 Thessalonians 5:11, “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” You have done exactly that for me, and I am deeply thankful.

May God continue to bless each one of you abundantly. I am grateful for your lives, your love, and your constant encouragement.

In 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒔 16:25-31, Paul and Silas, while imprisoned in Philippi, sang hymns and prayed at midnight. An earthquake miraculously opened the prison doors. When the jailer nearly killed himself assuming they had escaped, Paul assured him they were present, leading the shaken jailer to ask how to be saved; they replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved you and your household".

𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝘼𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙨 16:25-31

1. Praise in Adversity (v. 25): Despite being severely beaten and in stocks, Paul and Silas maintained faith, singing praises that other prisoners heard.

2. Divine Intervention (v. 26): A powerful earthquake shook the foundation, opening doors and loosening chains without human intervention.

3. The Jailer's Despair and Conversion (v. 27-30): The jailer, responsible with his life for the prisoners, almost commits su***de, but is stopped by Paul. He asks the pivotal question: "What must I do to be saved?".

4. The Promise of Salvation (v. 31): The response is a clear proclamation of faith in Jesus Christ as the sole requirement for salvation for himself and his household.
