📖 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
— Joshua 1:9

It takes bravery and obedience to follow the will of God. Even so, the LORD promised to stay, and that is our confidence — that in our life as Christians, when the Holy Spirit leads, there is success. The battle belongs to God, we need only to be brave and to obey.

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9

Even if people fail, God does things to remind us that He isn't done yet. It's not yet over because He fulfills what He promises.

📖 “These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.”
— 1 John 2: 26-27 KJV

Living in a fallen world while persevering to live in righteousness is one of every Christian's battles. Yet to be followers of the Anointed One is our greatest assurance that we can overcome this world through His Spirit who has given us the power and anointing. Thus, we must abide in Him.

"... I write to you, young men,
because you are strong,
and the word of God lives in you,
and you have overcome the evil one."
— 1 John 2:14

All glory and honor belong to Jesus, our LORD, who has given these youths the grace to abide in Him 🌿

📖 “Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.” —Luke‬ ‭9‬:‭23‬-‭24‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Following Christ requires us to prioritize Him above all else, even if it means sacrificing our own desires, comfort, or even our lives. This highlights a radical commitment where we are called to surrender everything to Him and be willing to endure hardships for the sake of His Kingdom.

While the cost of following Christ may involve challenges, persecution, or giving up worldly comforts, the reward of ETERNAL LIFE and the joy of knowing Him far outweigh any sacrifice we may make.

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” —Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Glory to God to these young souls who chose to follow Christ.

The journey might not be easy but it’s worth it. 🙌🏼
It’s worth more than anything else this world can offer.

“Do not Dwell on the Past ”
— Isaiah 43:18-19

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

Jesus has given us the freedom to live in the present, to hold and have hope in His promises to us. Move forward and never dwell now in the past. Our God is the God of new beginnings! 👑🙌🏼
