Genesis 3:15 shows God's plan to defeat Satan, and Jesus sealed the deal on the cross. So, we can live with confidence and courage, knowing:
- Satan's defeated, not in charge.
- We have authority in Jesus.
- We apply victory through faith and obedience.

John 16:33 teaches us as followers of Christ, we can have peace and courage despite the troubles and challenges we face in life because Jesus has already overcome the world. It's a reminder that our struggles are temporary, but His victory is eternal! 💪✝️

"Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, 'I have no pleasure in them'” - Ecclesiastes 12:1

The sermon today reminds us to cherish and prioritize our relationship with God while we're still young and able. Life can get busy, and troubles will come, but let's make the most of the time we have and hold on to our faith! 🙌🏻

To our dear Pastor Edwin and Pastor’s Wife, Ma’am Jean,

Your journey is not an easy one—you carry not just the Word of God but also the burdens of His people. You’ve chosen the path of sacrifice, often unseen and uncelebrated. Yet in your faithfulness, we see Jesus. ❤️

Every sermon preached, every prayer whispered, every tear shed, every hand extended in love—it all points us closer to Christ. You are more than leaders; you are shepherds after God’s own heart. 🕊️

Today, we pause to say: thank you. Thank you for loving, for guiding, for never giving up on God’s people even when storms rise. Thank you for showing us what it means to live a life poured out for His glory. 🌿

𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐁𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐗𝐈𝐎𝐔𝐒 ✨
𝒮𝒸𝓇𝒾𝓅𝓉𝓊𝓇𝑒: 𝑀𝒶𝓉𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓌 𝟨:𝟤𝟧-𝟥𝟦

1. You're valuable to God: Jesus reminds us that we're more valuable to God than birds and flowers, and He cares for us deeply.

2. God provides for your needs: Don't worry about what you'll eat or wear; God knows what you need and will provide for you.

3. Seek God's kingdom first: Prioritize your relationship with God, and He'll take care of the rest.

4. Trust in God's care: Instead of worrying, trust that God is in control and has your best interests at heart.

5. Don't worry about tomorrow: Take things one day at a time, and let God handle the future.

6. God's care is evident in nature: Look at how God takes care of birds and flowers; He'll do the same for you!

Today’s sermon reminds us to trust in God's goodness, prioritize our relationship with Him, and have faith that He'll provide for our needs. 💕

𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐒 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐓𝐀𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐓 🙏🏻✝️
Scripture: Matthew 6:9-13

1. Adoration and God’s Glory
The Lord's Prayer begins with reverence, acknowledging God as Father and hallowing His name. This invites worship and recognition of God's majesty and holiness.

2. Submission to God’s Will
"Your kingdom come, your will be done" expresses surrender to God's plan, seeking alignment of our lives with His heavenly purposes. It's about trusting God's sovereignty over all things.

3. Supplication for Daily Needs
Asking for "daily bread" teaches dependence on God for provision, covering physical and spiritual needs. It's a reminder of God's care for our everyday lives.

4. Protection from Evil
The prayer seeks deliverance from evil and guidance away from temptation, highlighting reliance on God for protection and strength in spiritual battles.

The Lord's Prayer is a model for communing with God, touching on adoration, submission, dependence, forgiveness, and seeking protection. 🙌🏻🤍

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝟏𝟒:𝟑𝟐-𝟒𝟐 says, "But he said emphatically, 'Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.' And they all said the same. They went to a place called Gethsemane, and Jesus said to his disciples, 'Sit here while I pray.'"

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐃𝐨 𝐖𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲?
1. 𝓒𝓸𝓷𝓷𝓮𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓖𝓸𝓭: Prayer fosters a relationship with God, allowing communication and intimacy.
2. 𝓢𝓮𝓮𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓖𝓾𝓲𝓭𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮: Through prayer, individuals seek God's direction and wisdom in life's decisions and challenges.
3. 𝓢𝓽𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓰𝓽𝓱 𝓲𝓷 𝓦𝓮𝓪𝓴𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼: Jesus' prayer in Gethsemane shows seeking strength and comfort in times of distress.
4. 𝓢𝓾𝓫𝓶𝓲𝓼𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓽𝓸 𝓖𝓸𝓭'𝓼 𝓦𝓲𝓵𝓵: Jesus modeled surrender to God's plan ("not what I will, but what you will"), exemplifying trust.
5. 𝓥𝓲𝓰𝓲𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓓𝓮𝓹𝓮𝓷𝓭𝓮𝓷𝓬𝓮: Prayer acknowledges dependence on God and encourages spiritual alertness.

Jesus’ baptism is more than just a ritual — it’s a powerful example of humility, obedience, and identification with humanity.

As we reflect on Matthew 3:13-17, we’re reminded that Jesus’ baptism wasn’t about repentance, but about fulfilling all righteousness and setting an example for us to follow. 🙌🏻✝️

Shine Your Light! 🌟✨ As we reflect on Matthew 5:14-16 and Mark 4:21-25, we're reminded of our purpose as believers.

*The Purpose of the Lamp*: We're called to shine bright, illuminating the world around us with God's love. ✨

*The Measure You Use*: Let's measure our actions with kindness, compassion, and generosity, knowing that the measure we use will be the measure we get. 🤝

*Responsibility & Accountability*: As light bearers, we're accountable for sharing God's love and truth with others. Let's take responsibility for our actions and shine our light boldly! 💡

May these scriptures inspire us to live out our faith authentically, shining our light for all to see. 🙏 "
