April 23–25, 2026 | KVBS: The Lighthouse Lookouts 🧂💡

This year, our children learned from Matthew 5:13–16 that God’s people are called to be salt and light: set apart for Him, faithful to His Word, and visible in a way that points others to our Father in heaven.

Through the lives of Daniel, the man born blind, the early church, and Paul and Silas, they learned what it means to live differently, shine truthfully, stand together, and glorify God.

On our last day, we lost power for the entire event. No lights. No fans. No sound system. But by God’s grace, the children still listened, learned, sang, played, created, and enjoyed every part of the day.

It became a simple reminder that ministry does not depend on perfect conditions. God’s Word remains true, and His work continues even when plans are interrupted.

We are grateful for every child, parent, teacher, and volunteer who served, learned, adjusted, and rejoiced with us.

May our lives preserve what is true, reflect the light of Christ, and point others to the Father. To God be the glory!
