๐‹๐Ž๐”๐‘๐ƒ๐„๐’ ๐‚๐Ž๐‘๐Ž๐๐€๐ƒ๐€! | Six years ago, the venerated image of Nuestra Seรฑora de Lourdes was Canonically Crowned in Her National Shrine in Retiro, Quezon City, amidst the global pandemic.

Her Coronation serves as a visible manifestation of Godโ€™s love and mercy to our nation, in a time where the Covid-19 pandemic continues to threaten the lives of many. Our Lady, as the Patroness and Health of the sick, was crowned as our Queen, whose powerful prayers to Her Son brought forth healing in both body and soul, and comfort to those who are burdened and in anxiety.

As we go on a sacred pilgrimage to Our Ladyโ€™s NATIONAL SHRINE today for the , let us thank Our Lord Jesus for giving us His Mother to be our own Mother too, who continues to care for us and listens to all our silent prayers. And, as one family of Lourdes, let us ask for the grace of healing in our nation in these trying times, and for the Lord to advance the peace in our lands.

We celebrate and congratulate our dear members of the Confraternity of Our Lady of Lourdes โ€“ Buanoy on their graduation.

This achievement is the product of your hard work, sacrifices, perseverance, and above all, God's grace that has sustained you throughout your journey. Amidst the challenges, sleepless nights, and moments of uncertainty, you remained steadfast in faith, trusting in God's wisdom and embracing His plan for your life.

The Confraternity of Our Lady of Lourdes-Buanoy actively participated in the 3-day Regional Convention of the Lourdes Confraternities held on April 17โ€“19, 2026, in Liloan, Cebu, together with other confraternities in the Visayas region.

With this, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our parish priest, Fr. Reynaldo Cui, for his unwavering support for this gathering. Because of this convention, the members were given the opportunity to deepen their faith and gain a better understanding of the devotion to Our Lady of Lourdes. It became a meaningful experience in which they were able to reflect, learn, and grow on their spiritual journey. This also gave members a way to meet other Lourdes confraternities from other places. The activities, prayers, and conversations they had together helped them feel more connected to their faith and to each other.

To Ate Sheena Abellana, we extend our appreciation for taking the time to encourage these members to participate and for making sure they were involved the whole time at the convention. You patiently guided them and checked on their needs.

To Kuya Jonathan and Ate Grace Cortes , Maโ€™am Helen and Sir Chilo Delator ,thank you very much for your support in ensuring the safe transportation of the participants. Your efforts in accompanying and looking after the children, both on their way to and from the venue, secured everyoneโ€™s safety.

To the parents of these members, we are deeply grateful for your trust, support, and willingness to allow your children to take part in this event. Your encouragement played a big role in making this experience possible for them. By allowing them to join, you have given them the chance to grow not only socially but, more importantly, spiritually. We hope that the lessons and experiences they gained during this convention will continue to guide them in their daily lives.

With joy and gratitude, the Confraternity of Our Lady Of Lourdes - Buanoy proudly joins the 1st Regional Visayas Convention held in Liloan, Cebu.

Day 1 marks the beginning of this meaningful gathering of Marian devotees from different chapters across the Visayas, united in prayer, fellowship, and a shared mission of deepening devotion to Our Lady of Lourdes.

May this blessed occasion strengthen our faith, renew our commitment to service, and inspire us to continue living as faithful children of Mary.

APRIL 16 IS THE MEMORIAL OF ST. BERNADETTE SOUBIROUS, THE VISIONARY OF OUR LADY OF LOURDES

Today, we honor the memorial of St. Bernadette Soubirous, the humble young girl chosen to witness the apparitions of Our Lady of Lourdes in the quiet town of Lourdes.

St. Bernadetteโ€™s life is a powerful reminder that God often chooses the simple, the poor, and the humble to reveal His greatest works. She was not rich, learned, or influential in the eyes of the world, yet her heart was pure, open, and deeply receptive to Godโ€™s grace. Through her, the message of prayer, repentance, and healing reached millions across the world.

Despite facing doubt, ridicule, and suffering, Bernadette remained steadfast in her faith. She did not seek attention or recognitionโ€”only to be faithful to what she had seen and heard. Her humility and obedience continue to inspire us to trust in God, even when the path is difficult or misunderstood by others.

The message of Our Lady of Lourdes still echoes today: to return to God with sincere hearts, to pray the Rosary, and to believe in the healing power of Godโ€”both physical and spiritual.
