Last Thursday, September 24, 2026, CF Pillars continued our series "𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙩" with a powerful conversation on 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

Our speaker, Engr. Cromewell Sison, one of the church's 144 leader, reminds us that 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘢 𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘦, 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦, 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦. 𝘐𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯—𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳.

True leaders don’t control people—they inspire them. When people see your passion, purpose, and heart, they are moved to follow.

The Heart of True Leadership:

𝟭. 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘

- Don’t chase the title. Start with purpose. Great leadership begins with knowing what you are called to do.

𝟮. 𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟
(Ephesians 2:10)
- God has given us the potential to fulfill the purpose He has prepared for us.

𝟯. 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗘
(James 1:22)
- Our principles must be anchored in the Word of God. Leadership is not just about knowing the Word—it is about putting it into action.

𝟰. 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡
(Colossians 3:23–24)
- Passion is a deep commitment that gives us the strength to endure even through hardship.
𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝.

𝟱. 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘
(Exodus 33:16–17)
- Moses understood that he could not lead without the presence of God. Skills can be learned, but 𝙂𝙤𝙙’𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚.

𝚂𝚞𝚌𝚌𝚎𝚜𝚜 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝙷𝚒𝚜 𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎 𝚒𝚜 𝚍𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚜. 𝙻𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚙 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝙷𝚒𝚜 𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎 𝚌𝚊𝚗𝚗𝚘𝚝 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎 𝚕𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚜.

And ultimately, we look to 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨—𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 who disciples, inspires, and sends others to spread the Gospel.

May we not simply desire to become leaders. May we become leaders who lead with purpose, potential, principle, passion, and the presence of God.

𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓻𝓪𝓬𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓲𝓼 𝓯𝓸𝓻𝓶𝓮𝓭 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷 𝓾𝓼, 𝓱𝓪𝓫𝓲𝓽𝓼 𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓹𝓻𝓪𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓬𝓮𝓭 𝓽𝓱𝓻𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱 𝓾𝓼, 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓻𝓮𝓵𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼𝓱𝓲𝓹𝓼 𝓻𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓪𝓵 𝔀𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝓲𝓼 𝓫𝓾𝓲𝓵𝓽 𝓲𝓷 𝓾𝓼.

Last Thursday, September 17, 2026, at CF Pillars, Engr. JoAnn Celedio shared a meaningful message entitled “𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁: 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆.”

We were reminded that relationships are not merely meant to make us happy or prevent us from being hurt—they are opportunities to practice the unconditional love that Jesus has shown us.

From the very beginning, God initiated a relationship with humanity. Even after sin separated man from God, the Father called out, “𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶?” 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩, 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙙, and because of this, we are called to honor and carry the relationships God has entrusted to us.

We reflected on 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀:
1. Our relationship with our 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚
—built on faithfulness, commitment, honor, and love.
2. Our relationship with 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣
—marked by respect, guidance, and godly example.
3. Our relationship with 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨
—shown through humility, cooperation, and serving with the right heart.
4.Our relationship with 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙨
—carrying one another’s burdens and reflecting Christ in our character.
5. Most importantly, our relationship with the 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙
—the foundation of every other relationship.

𝚂𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚗𝚐 𝚛𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚙𝚜 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚗𝚘𝚝 𝚋𝚞𝚒𝚕𝚝 𝚋𝚢 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚏𝚎𝚌𝚝 𝚙𝚎𝚘𝚙𝚕𝚎, 𝚋𝚞𝚝 𝚋𝚢 𝚙𝚎𝚘𝚙𝚕𝚎 𝚠𝚑𝚘 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚞𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚢 𝚌𝚑𝚘𝚘𝚜𝚎 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎, 𝚑𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚛, 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚐𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜, 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚘𝚋𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝙶𝚘𝚍.

As we look at the example of Jesus and Peter, we are reminded that relationships may experience failures, but God’s grace always gives room for restoration.

May we continue to build relationships that honor God and reflect His love to others.

T̳H̳E̳ ̳P̳O̳W̳E̳R̳ ̳O̳F̳ ̳H̳A̳B̳I̳T̳S̳

During our last CF Pillars Gathering, Engr. Oscar Morales shared a powerful lesson from Daniel 6:10, reminding us that spiritual 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨.

Small decisions—praying, reading God’s Word, attending church, giving, spending time with godly people, and sharing the Gospel—may seem simple, but when practiced consistently, they produce lasting results.

Our 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚, while repeated unhealthy habits can become strongholds that shape our character and direction.

Trigger → Action → Repetition → Habit → Character → Destiny

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮. We are called to intentionally build godly habits because what we repeatedly choose today will shape who we become tomorrow.

Small choices. Consistent obedience. Lasting transformation. 🙏✨

𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐓: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭

𝗡𝗼 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗻𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀! ⚡🙌

Even in the midst of a blackout, 𝘾𝙁 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚!

With no electricity available, we gathered together at the parking lot and continued to worship the Lord, hear the Word of God, and enjoy fellowship with one another.

Nothing could stop us from gathering and being encouraged by God's presence and His Word!

During the gathering, Donnavelle Mantos shared a timely and meaningful message entitled “𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙩,” based on 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝟳:𝟮𝟰–𝟮𝟵.

The message reminded us that we should not only focus on building something that looks good on the outside, but also on what is being built within us.

Just as the wise man built his house on the rock, our lives must also have a strong foundation.

A pillar is valuable not simply because it is strong, but because it carries weight. In the same way, we are challenged to ask ourselves: 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘶𝘴?

Our character determines how we sustain the gifts, responsibilities, and blessings entrusted to us.

𝟭. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Our foundation is not merely hearing the Word of God—𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩. We are challenged to ask: What has God already built in you?

𝟮. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀

According to Luke 16:10, faithfulness in small things matters. Character is revealed when no one is watching—when we choose to treat people with respect and remain faithful even when no one recognizes our efforts.

𝟯. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀

Storms do not create our character; 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧. True character remains even when circumstances change.

𝟰. 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿—𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀

Our character should not only benefit ourselves. As 1 Timothy 4:12 reminds us, our lives should become an example and encouragement to others.

We also learned about the 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿:

𝗖 – Consistency
𝗛 – Honesty – Being truthful
𝗔 – Accountability – Allowing others to correct us
𝗥 – Responsibility – Taking ownership instead of blaming others
𝗔– Authenticity – Being the same person privately and publicly

The challenge is simple but powerful: Build one character trait.

Because in the end, it is not enough to simply build something that looks good on the outside. 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯 𝘶𝘴—𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵, 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴, 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴.

Our faith is not meant to be lived only inside the church—it should also shine in the workplace.

Matthew 5:16 reminds us: "𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴…”

Jesus saved us from darkness and brought us into His marvelous light. Therefore, wherever God has placed us, we are called to be a light to the world and bring the life of Christ to others.

The 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙖 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩—𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙖 𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙. Just as pillars uphold a building, we, as Christians, uphold Christ by living according to His values every day.

So, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸?

𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Like Daniel, who continued to pray even in the face of opposition (Daniel 6:10), prayer gives us a solid foundation and keeps us grounded in God's wisdom.

𝟮. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
(Proverbs 11:3)
Do what is right and refuse what is wrong. Do not compromise for material gain or social approval. Choose to do what is right—even when no one is watching.

𝟯. 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀

Without love, all our achievements are empty. Let us overcome the spirit of familiarity and continue to treat others with love and grace.
