In God, there is beauty in what was once broken. He can change a life, a home, a future.
In the ministry, you’ll meet stories like theirs — a young man who grew up in church, drifted as he began working, and met his girlfriend. They weren’t perfect, but grace found them. He returned to the Lord… and he brought her with him. She accepted Christ as her personal Saviour, and today they stand faithful in church with their little son, by the grace of God.
Then she brought her best friend — who also got saved — and now, she too has followed the Lord in baptism.
The world has thrown many things at them, yet this couple remains steadfast. Soon, they will be married, choosing to set their lives in order before God. Their story isn’t shared to glorify the past, but to remind us that hope is real.
In Jesus, there is hope.
In Jesus, there is forgiveness.
In Jesus, there is mending.
In Jesus, there is fixing.
He can fix your broken piece and turn to something beautiful.
He can make you whole again.
“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3 (KJV)
If you desire to do right for God, He will pace the path for you.
There is beauty in the broken — in God, with God, and for God.
