From the very first submission of our song entry, down to the countless rehearsals and practices, the journey of YSL in HuniΓ±o has been one of dedication, teamwork, and faith. The Young Servants of the Lord (YSL) of the SC-BSP devoted countless hours to rehearsals and practicesβeach step filled with both challenges and joy. Through it all, our interpreters ππππ‘π₯πππ§, ππ₯ππ‘ππ, ππ‘π²π³π, and ππ’π₯π₯ππ«π, poured their hearts into giving life to the song, carrying the spirit of service and devotion with every note they sang. Their heartfelt performance carried not just melody, but the devotion and mission of YSL. πΆ
πππ«ππ§ππ’π¨ ππππ₯ππ§, our gifted lyricist, has been writing songs for many years. He is a proud member of Servant Communities, actively serving in the Couples Cluster and as a guitarist in the Music Ministry. His words are not just lyrics, but living testimonies of faith, hope, and service that continue to inspire communities. Likewise, πππ«π₯π¨π¬ ππ₯ππ°π’π§ ππ«π’π₯π₯ππ§π¨, a young musician whose unconditional passion for music led him to create the melody and composition that gave soul to the lyrics. He is a dedicated member of YSL, serving as choir director and keyboardist in the Music Ministry. With his gift for melody and composition, he proved that age is no barrier when it comes to creating music that touches the heart. Together, their collaboration produced a song that truly reflects the heart of the Cebuanos as ardent devotees to the Child Jesus. π
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the USPF Chorale π―πΌπ΅π° π―ππππππ for generously sharing their critiques and techniques that helped us improve our performance, and for their unwavering support. Truly, this is not only our story, but a shared victory of faith, unity, and love. π
