359th ANNIVERSARY OF THE DEPARTURE OF ST. PEDRO CALUNGSOD FROM THE PORT OF CAVITE TO ACAPULCO, MEXICO

Overcoming all difficulties, the missionaries left with the ship named “San Diego” from the port of Cavite on August 7, 1667. They sailed first to Acapulco in Mexico to get some provisions for the Mission.

LOOK | Recently this afternoon held at the MP Hall underneath the Chapel of San Pedro Calungsod, a dry-run practice and training of an ordinary Holy Mass was led by one of our altar servers: Brother Matthew Cortez, alongside three other servers who participated and learnt the basics of the Mass from the gestures to the actions done.
