Starting off our Singles Series: Eyeing for Better Health 👀

Have we truly appreciated our eyes this much?🥹

In this talk, we were truly blessed to be graced by Sister Sheena, who shared her knowledge and passion for taking care of our eyes. She reminded us that without light, we cannot perceive what we see. Our eyes play a vital role in how we experience life, and caring for them truly matters.

We also learned that ANTIRAD is not just a word, but a reminder of simple practices that help protect our vision:

A – Adjust brightness
N – Nearness check
T – Twenty-Twenty-Twenty Rule
I – Intake & Hydration
R – R & Coatings (proper protection for our eyes)
A – Automatic blinking
D – Doctor visit

These simple practices can make a big difference in maintaining healthy vision and appreciating the beautiful things the Lord has given us to see. Let us continue to care for the gift of sight, recognize the goodness around us, and pursue a life of better health.🫶🏻💛

A beautiful Pre-Valentine’s evening was celebrated with our dear brothers and sisters of Lingkod Cebu and Lingkod Mactan as we gathered at Unity Coffee and Vinyl for a night filled with love, laughter, and fellowship. 🍫 🌹

In a cozy and romantic ambience, we enjoyed a fun game night and a meaningful celebration of love and friendship. More than the games and activities, what truly made the celebration special was the love we shared as one community.

The brothers warmly surprised the sisters with flowers, while the sisters lovingly prepared chocolates for the brothers, simple yet meaningful gestures that reflected the genuine care and appreciation we have for one another.

Indeed, it was a night that reminded us that the most meaningful celebration of hearts is found in the Lord and in the love we continue to share as brothers and sisters in service. ❤️‍🔥

A blessed Day of Prayer at Bretania Retreat House. 🙏🏻 🤍

Together, we spent a sacred time in silence, reflecting on what the Lord has done in our lives throughout 2025 and prayerfully listening to His plans for us in 2026. It was a quiet yet powerful moment of intimate conversation with God resting in His presence, seeking His guidance, and renewing our hearts.

After our time of prayer, our fellowship continued with joyful moments filled with music, dancing, laughter, and good food reminding us that faith and community beautifully go hand in hand.

Thank you to all the brothers and sisters who made this Sunday truly special. Grateful for a community that prays together, grows together, and walks together in the Lord. 🫶🏻☺️
