Sometimes the greatest rest comes when we simply stop, listen, and give God our full attention.

Before God asks us to act, He calls us to hear and understand His voice. When we truly listen, our hearts, souls, minds, and strength can respond to Him with trust and obedience.

Sometimes, obedience to God looks like stopping.
God does not give His commands without purpose. When He calls us to set apart time for Him, He invites us to pause from our work, remember who He is, and honor Him with our lives. Our obedience becomes a visible expression of love, respect, and honor toward the One who has given us everything.

Rest is more than taking a break from our busy lives. True rest is found when we pause, trust God, and remember that He is still in control even when we are not striving.
Sometimes the most faithful thing we can do is stop, be still, and place everything in His hands. When we rest in God, we are declaring that His strength is greater than our own.
