THE HEAVENS REJOICED AGAIN!

A week ago today, September 26, 2026, the Gilamon Family experienced one of those sacred moments as they were sealed together for time and all eternity in the Cebu City Philippines Temple.

Brother Ricardo Gilamon, their father, was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints last year. Since then, he and his family have been preparing for this beautiful and long-awaited day.

And then it happened.

A family stood together in front of the temple, dressed in white—a beautiful reminder of purity, covenant, faith, and the eternal family God desires for His children.

Gilamon Family, we rejoice with you!
May your home always be filled with the same faith, love, and joy that brought you to the temple.

🏕️☀️ Busay 1st Primary Summer Super Camp! 🌿💛

What a wonderful day of learning, laughter, teamwork, and adventure! Our Primary children enjoyed an exciting Summer Super Camp lovingly prepared by our dedicated Primary leaders.

The children had fun learning knot tying, tent setup, and survival skills, working together through Amazing Race activities and fun games, and showing their creativity and teamwork during our Cookfest and lunch. 🪢⛺🏃‍♀️🎯🍳

More than just having fun, the camp gave our children opportunities to learn new skills, build friendships, help one another, and grow in confidence and self-reliance. Most importantly, it was a beautiful opportunity to create happy memories together and strengthen the bonds of our Primary family. ❤️

We are grateful for joyful moments like these where our children can learn, grow, and have fun together! 💕🏕️

We are deeply grateful to our loving Primary leaders who generously gave their time, energy, creativity, and talents to make this Summer Super Camp possible. Your thoughtful preparation and genuine love for the children made the day extra special. 💕

Thank you as well to everyone who helped, participated, supported, and made this activity a success. Most especially, thank you to our wonderful Primary children for bringing so much joy, enthusiasm, and sunshine to the day! 🌞💛

May these children continue to learn, grow, serve, make good choices, and strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ as they grow together. We are grateful for opportunities to create joyful memories while helping our children become more capable, confident, and Christlike.

📖SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS TRAINING✨📖

A meaningful training and preparation activity led by the Busay 1st Ward Sunday School Presidency, as our teachers gathered to prepare for the new Sunday School schedule and the transition of classes for September.

The training provided an opportunity to discuss the upcoming changes, organize class assignments, and help ensure a smooth transition for both teachers and learners. More importantly, it was a time to strengthen our commitment to teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ with love, faith, and purpose. 🤍

Through this training, our teachers were reminded of the sacred responsibility of helping members and learners come closer to the Savior, strengthen their faith, and apply gospel principles in their daily lives.

We are grateful for our dedicated Sunday School teachers and presidency for their time, service, and willingness to prepare. May we continue to create meaningful learning experiences that help members come closer to the Savior, strengthen their faith, and live His teachings. 🙏📖

🥗🌱 BUSAY 1ST WARD NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION & FEEDING PROGRAM 🌱🥗

Theme: “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Alagaan!”

The Busay 1st Ward came together for a meaningful Nutrition Month Celebration and Feeding Program, prepared through the loving efforts of our Primary, Relief Society, and CNP leaders. 💚

This activity aimed to help our children understand the importance of proper nutrition and healthy eating habits, helping them grow stronger, healthier, and more active. Through nutritious food, loving guidance, and meaningful service, we hope to encourage our children to make healthy choices and take better care of the bodies Heavenly Father has blessed them with. 🍎🥗💪

More than just sharing a meal, this was a beautiful opportunity to show love, unity, and Christlike service. We are grateful to all the leaders, parents, and volunteers who shared their time and talents to make this activity possible. 🤍

May we continue to nourish our children’s bodies, minds, and spirits, while teaching them to care for others and for the beautiful world Heavenly Father has entrusted to us. 🌿🌎

🏊‍♂️💦 Elders Quorum Swimming Activity ☀️🤍

A wonderful day filled with fun, laughter, fellowship, and brotherhood! Our Elders Quorum had a great time enjoying the water, sharing stories, playing together, and creating memories as brothers.

This activity was led by our Elders Quorum President, President Effren Taño and the entire EQ Presidency who continues to encourage the brethren to come together, strengthen one another, and build a stronger quorum through friendship and fellowship.

Moments like these remind us that the Elders Quorum is more than just a Sunday organization—it is a brotherhood where we can support, uplift, minister to, and strengthen one another. As we spend time together, we develop stronger relationships and become more united in following Jesus Christ.

We are grateful to everyone who participated and helped make this activity meaningful and enjoyable. May we continue to find opportunities to gather, serve, laugh, and grow together as brothers.

🌟 Busay 1st Ward Primary at the Stake Primary Anniversary! 🌟

The children of Busay 1st Ward Primary had a wonderful time celebrating the Stake Primary Anniversary with the theme “Prophets of Old: A Journey of Faith.” 💛

The children went from station to station and learned about inspiring prophets and stories from the scriptures, including Adam, Noah, Moses, David, Daniel, Job and Jonah. Through each activity, they were reminded of the importance of having faith, trusting in the Lord, and following His commandments.

It was a fun and meaningful day filled with learning, laughter, and wonderful memories! We are grateful for the opportunity for our Primary children to strengthen their faith and learn from the examples of the prophets of old. ❤️
