Celebrating our new Young Women class names and the beautiful meanings behind them.

💛 Gatherers of Light – Seeking truth, walking in His light, and preparing for the future.

May these names remind each young woman of her divine identity and inspire her to grow in faith, bring hope to others, and shine the light of Christ wherever she goes. 💕

⚘️BUSAY 1ST WARD YOUTH CAMP 2026 @ Bayer's Cafe, Taptap Cebu 🌿

The camp activities were designed to promote temwork, friendship and spiritual growth among the youth.

Activities done included:

Basic First-Aid
Mental Health Wellness
FHE with Missiories
Testimony Meeting
Swimming Lessons & Play

These 26 youth were grouped into 2 and named their groups "Light Up the Path" and "Gen Z (zion)". Every moment was filled with joy and purpose. They were taught the importance of caring for one another and appreciating the beauty of life.
These young men and women indeed are our brave, future missionaries filled with faith and dedication for the work ahead.

🩹"LITTLE HEROES!- Small Learners Today, Lifesavers Tomorrow"🩹💛

Our Primary children were taught the basics of first aid—because helping others truly matters—while equipping their young minds with simple yet meaningful skills that can make a big difference, as they grow from understanding basic first-aid, nosebleed, choking, bandages, cuts and care into becoming little ones who are ready and willing to help others in times of need. Training provided by our First Aid and Medical Volunteer Jenny Rose Hallarcis assisted by our Ward Primary Leaders.

Because not all heroes wear capes—some carry bandages 🩹

"SMALL HANDS, BIG HEARTS—preparing the soil for something beautiful to grow 🌱💛"

Led by our Primary and CNP specialist, the activity focused on proper soil preparation. Participants actively engaged in clearing and loosening the soil, removing weeds and stones, preparing the garden beds for planting and helping create a healthy foundation for future growth. 🌱

🌸TEMPLE DAY WITH THE YOUTH, NOTHING BETTER THAN THIS!🌸

A beautiful April day spent in the house of the Lord, doing sacred work for those who came before us.

We felt the peace that only the temple can bring, and the joy of knowing that even in our youth, we can be instruments in blessing lives beyond the veil.

It is the Lord’s house, where heaven and earth meet.

TEMPLE DAY!!! YOUTH DAY!!! ETERNAL PURPOSE!! 👍

🍃BUSAY 1ST WARD BAPTISM (April 26, 2026)🍃

Our hearts are full as we witnessed a father and a young woman enter the waters of baptism. Heaven truly rejoices in moments like this.

After a long journey of learning, seeking, and sincere prayer, a father and husband, Brother Virgilio Egdamen made the decision to enter the waters of baptism. A powerful testament that truth is found by those who diligently seek it. It wasn’t a quick decision—it was a journey of understanding, faith, and quiet conviction.

After attending many activities and feeling the Spirit time and time again, Sister Rhajie Bastida made the beautiful decision to be baptized and follow Jesus Christ. Through every activity, lesson, and experience, her testimony quietly grew. She chose to act on that faith.

We are grateful for every activity, every invitation, and every effort that helped guide them in their decision to be baptized. Truly, the work of love and fellowship. With the guidance of Elder Prince, Elder De Guzman, Elder Esmundo and all ward members, their journey led to this special day. 🤍
