๐ 17th Sunday in Ordinary Time | July 26, 2026
Fr. Dexter's homily reminds us that genuine commitment reflects the very heart of Christ. Whether in friendship, family, or love, we are called to be sincere and faithful. God created us not to leave wounds in the lives of others, but to become instruments of healing, hope, and His unfailing love.
In today's Gospel, Jesus reveals the Father's generous love and invites us to trust Him completely. As we seek, ask, and knock with faith, we discover that God never withholds what truly leads us to life. His love is constant, faithful, and never half-hearted, becoming the model for how we should love others.
May we live with hearts fully committed to God and to the people He entrusts to us. For when Christ becomes the measure of our love, our lives become a gift that brings healing rather than hurt, and hope rather than pain. โจ๐
