04. Kapihan - The idea is to create a Christmas Tree purely made of indigenous materials. That is why we initially decided to make a tree out of "batuwang" - a unique basket made of bamboo, which provides a distinct look. The tree is then adorned with indigenous materials showcasing "pakpak sa mais", "bagon", and "ginit sa lubi". Additionally, it also features materials that we can find around us. Most importantly, the parishioners of Sta. Cruz Chapel, Kapihan, wanted to show that they can make something out of nothing.

LOOK: Today the second day of the month-long face-to-face Summer Catechesis at Sta. Cruz Chapel - Kapihan in Cogon, City of Naga, continues.

On the second day of the said catechesis, the children learned how to use the rosary appropriately and how to pray the holy rosary.
