IN PHOTOS | Earlier today, we joyfully welcomed our newest aspiring altar servers during their Orientation Seminar. It was truly inspiring to see these young boys show up ready and full of enthusiasm, bringing with them a sincere willingness to serve the Church.

We thank the Lord for the gift of these new vocations, and we express our deepest gratitude to the families who continue to nurture faith and service in their homes. Your guidance is the foundation of their journey.

Join us for our Orientation Seminar:

📍 Where: Santo Niño Roman Catholic Parish

Who can join?
• Young boys aged 9 to 16 years old
• Must be already baptized
• Has a genuine willingness to serve the Lord and the church

TAIZÉ PRAYER | In a world that constantly demands our attention, speed, and noise, tonight our parish youth chose a different path. We chose to slow down, step into the stillness, and just be.

Tonight’s Taizé prayer was a beautiful, sacred space of rest for our youth community. Surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight and the gentle repetition of meditative chants, we let go of the anxieties and opened our hearts to the silence.

To our youth: never forget that you don't always have to be doing, achieving, or producing. Sometimes, the holiest thing you can do is simply sit at His feet and rest.

THANKSGIVING AGAPE | Yesterday, we gathered for a joyful Thanksgiving Agape and Party just to celebrate and thank YOU—our Summer Youth Catechists, the Parish Youth Coordinating Council (PYCC), our dedicated Chapel Leaders, and all of our active Mandated Organizations.

We extend our deepest, most heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. Your unwavering commitment and the tireless service you have poured into our church have borne immense fruit in the lives of many. You have given up your time, your comfort, and your energy to ensure that the mission of Christ thrives in our community.

Thank you for answering the call to serve. Thank you for giving your absolute best to God and to His people. Truthfully, words aren't enough to measure the true value of the sacrifices you have made for this church. When the hours were long and the work was heavy, you pushed forward with a servant's heart.

Because of this, we thank God daily for the gift of your presence and your beautiful ministry. Our gathering yesterday was just a small token of our love, and we can only pray that the Lord now blesses your generous hearts, gives you a well-deserved rest, and fills you to overflowing with His grace.

May He return your radical generosity a hundredfold! We love you, we appreciate you, and we are so honored to serve alongside you.

Message of Gratitude | To all Parish Youth Coordinating Councils of the Archdiocese of Cebu

Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and countless sacrifices for the successful celebration of the Flores de Mayo Culmination and Santacruzan in your parishes. This event would not have been as meaningful and beautiful without your active participation, patience, and willingness to serve.

We recognize the time you gave, the effort you poured in, and even the personal sacrifices you made just to make sure everything went well. Your commitment as young servants of the Church is truly inspiring and worthy of appreciation.

May this experience continue to strengthen your faith, deepen your sense of service, and encourage you to remain active and committed in future church activities. Always remember that your efforts, no matter how big or small, make a real difference in building a stronger and more united community.
