Molambo ang matarong sama sa lunhaw nga dahon, apan ang nagsalig sa ilang bahandi malarag sama sa mga dahon sa tingtugnaw.

How to pray? 👇

GO TO YOUR ROOM
Mateo 6:6 💛

1 Corinthians 15:58🌿

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

1 Corinthians 10:21-24🌿
You cannot drink from the cup of the Lord and from the cup of demons, too. You cannot eat at the Lord’s Table and at the table of demons, too.

What? Do we dare to rouse the Lord’s jealousy? Do you think we are stronger than he is?

You say, “I am allowed to do anything” but not everything is good for you. You say, “I am allowed to do anything” but not everything is beneficial.

Don’t be concerned for your own good but for the good of others.

Romans 12:1-2🌿
And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice, the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.

Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

The Wise and Foolish Bride in Today’s World

In the parable of the wise and foolish bridesmaids in the Bible (Matthew 25:1–13), the main difference between them was preparation. The wise bridesmaids brought extra oil, while the foolish ones did not prepare for the delay of the bridegroom.

Today, this parable reflects our world. Many people are very busy — working, earning money, building careers, chasing dreams, and solving daily problems. These things are not wrong, but many people become so busy with life that they forget the Lord. They prepare for their future, their savings, their appearance, and their success — but they do not prepare their souls.

The foolish bridesmaids were not bad people. They were just unprepared. They thought they had time. They thought they could prepare later. But when the bridegroom came, it was too late.

This is the danger today:
Many people say:
“I will pray later.”
“I will follow God when I’m older.”
“I’m busy right now.”
“I have work.”
“I have many problems.”

But the parable teaches that Jesus can come at a time we do not expect. The problem is not working or being busy — the problem is forgetting God while being busy.

The wise bride represents people who:

*Continue their relationship with God even while busy
*Pray even when tired
*Read the Word even when life is hard
*Obey God even when the world is different
*Prepare spiritually, not just financially

Key lesson:
The world teaches us to prepare for retirement, career, and success.
But God is telling us to prepare for eternity.
Because in the end, the most painful words in the parable were when the bridegroom said:
“I do not know you.”
So the real question is not:
“Do you know God?”
But: “Does God know you?”
That is the difference between the wise and foolish bride.
