Fiesta in honor of the miraculous end of the 1902 cholera epidemic by the healing granted through the power of the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe de Cebu. 💙💙💙

On July 16, 2026, we made our pilgrimage to the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe de Cebu for the 5:00am Fiesta Mass, presided over by Rev. Fr. Dave Christopher Cantillas, our parochial vicar, and our ministry serving alongside him in prayer and worship. We continue to entrust ourselves to Mama Mary's intercession as we journey through this fiesta, grateful for everyone who joined us this morning in devotion. 🙏✨

Grand Coronada Procession 🕯️✨

Last July 11, the Ministry of Altar Servers of San Lorenzo Ruiz joined the Grand Coronada Procession at the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe de Cebu, welcoming Our Lady of Peñafrancia, Patrona nin Bicolandia, as she visited Cebu for the Celebracion del Julio of Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe de Cebu.

Following the 5PM Holy Mass, devotees processed through the streets of Guadalupe in prayer and praise, candles and rosaries in hand, honoring the Virgin in a night filled with faith and devotion.

Dungan sa kadaghang katawhan nga miapil sa maong prusisyon, nagpakita kini sa lawom nga debosyon sa mga Sugbuanon kang Inahan. Padayon nga mag-alagad ug mag-ampo alang sa atong parokya ug komunidad. Dayon Maria! 🙏🏽💛

🕯️❤️Silence Speaks to the Heart❤️ 🕯️

On June 13, 2026 in the quiet glow of candlelight, the Ministry of the Altar Servers of San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish – Tisa gathered for a prayer of stillness, song, and surrender in a Taizé Prayer. Before the Cross, young hearts bowed in silence as they are in His presence. The flickering candles, the dimmed room, and the sacred atmosphere reminded us that sometimes, the loudest prayer is the one spoken in silence.

Taizé teaches us that prayer is not always words, but it is a posture of the heart. These altar servers knelt, rested, cried and simply were in the presence of the Lord, letting His peace wash over them. May this moment of stillness carry them through their service, their days, and their lives.

✨❤️Serving with Heart, Walking in Faith❤️✨

With faith in our hearts and His name on our lips, the faithful of San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish – Tisa on June 12, 2026 took to the streets in a solemn and joyful procession in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

From the church doors to the neighborhood streets, young and old walked together, altar servers, ministers, and devoted parishioners are united by one love, one faith, and one Lord.

The banners bearing the promises of the Sacred Heart led the way, a reminder that in His heart, we find mercy, refuge, and unending grace.
