The end of “Nutrition Month” in the Philippines culminated with a big classroom celebration of healthy food with parents and learners down in Recodo, Zamboanga at the Pro.Vision Christian Learning Center — where Tausug Muslim 3 -4 year old children are being taught!

Pastor Carlo shared these photos below and said that now he is realizing that the parents of our former students are promoting our Learning Center to their relatives and community! Word of mouth travels fast! PVCLC has built a beautiful reputation! 🙌🏽☝🏽

Also, after hearing some great reports of former students earning honor roll recognition in their schools, we are seeing the good fruit of our little school!

The next stop on our trip was in NATO, ESPERANZA - - - a wonderful small town up in the mountains — about 1.5 hour drive from Cabadbaran. We had not been there for decades and wow, was it great to be back!!

Friederich preached a practical message from God’s Word (Phil. 2:12-13) SO GOOD & well-received!

Then, many photos together and a delicious lunch with Pastor Tata and his lovely wife.

Off we flew to the big island of Mindanao for a weekend full-packed with ministry!

We met with pastors and church keaders of eight local churches around the city of Cabadbaran (plus one from Nato, Esperanza) for a Saturday leadership conference which we titled, “SERVING WITH PURPOSE”.

The fellowship was absolutely amazing! We shared lunch and had individual time to speak to the pastors about CFM.

BORN TO SERVE — the meaningful theme for TJF’s church anniversary!

This year the celebration took place in a beautiful resort outside of the city and in a lovely location. The highlight after the service and buffet lunch was when eight believers followed the Lord in water baptism!

THE PRO.VISION KIDS HEAD BACK TO SCHOOL with a new back pack, school supplies, and MORE!

Before the distribution of school supplies, the teens and children gathered for a time of worship. The Pro.Vision team showed them a short film by a vlogger named Drew Binsky, featuring students from the Philippines who walk four kilometers daily over a mountain, and through a thick jungle from their homes to school.

The team’s intention was to inspire and motivate the returning students to do well and strive to improve in their studies, despite the hardships they shared with the group. We reminded them that there are other children who face even greater challenges in going to school, yet they have never been deterred from continuing their education.

Most of all, the team reminded them how precious they are as children of God, and that our Heavenly Father is always watching over us and caring for our every need.

🧰📚✂️✏️🖍️📝📘🗂️ Pictured below is just a glimpse at a handful of the kids and youth with their blessings from donations received. Poor families in our communities are relieved from the cost of these supplies and are overjoyed with the practical help & support CFM and Pro.Vision offers!

Blessing a tribal Filipino Muslim community with Christmas gifts from Samaritans Purse. An opportunity to share the love of Jesus!

Our current and former Pro.Vision Christian Learning Center learners in the area of Recodo received a surprise blessing! The CFM church leaders in Zamboanga City with the PVCLC teachers gathered the children together last Saturday.

What thrills us all was that the Muslim parents were thrilled to see us. The Gospel was once again shared to the children and their parents as well. 🙌🏽☝🏽

Please continue to agree with us all for salvations this year within this impoverished Tausug community!

Very early this past Monday, Pastor Carlo from Zamboanga City went to CFM Pastor Ambrona and their church — making a very long trip up into the mountains to pass out dozens of beautiful Operation Christmas Child / Samaritan's Purse gift boxes for their children.

On Tuesday morning Pastor Carlo and his team returned back home to Zamboanga City. It was a tiring 15 hour road trip, back & forth, but it was well worth the time and effort!!

The vehicle was packed to the brim with Christmas boxes and three volunteer teachers from their church in Zamboanga City.

We praise God for all those who put together these many delightful gift boxes through Samaritan’s Purse. Oh the joy they brought to these sweet kids in such a remote mountain area!!

We may never know who filled those boxes —- but the Lord certainly does. Enjoy the short video of the children opening their gifts. Just listen to the excitement & joy!!!

The Lueckhofs traveled from Cebu to Hilongos by overnight ship, and then on to Bato, Leyte to visit the CFM Victory Church with Pastors Inday and Sammy!

After a beautiful time of praise & worship together, Friederich shared an insightful message & challenged the church to “work out their salvation” (so that it is put into action!!!).

Church members brought delicious food to share — and lunch was followed by an afternoon discussion and time of encouragement from Friederich & Nancy for the pastors, elders, deacons, and church leaders.

🛎️ 🤩 This is a massive shoutout to friends from other lands who have been so gracious & generous to financially support and pray for the various ministries of CHRISTIAN FRONTIER MINISTRIES. We’ve been going at this for a number of decades now….and we just stand amazed at the partners and faithful friends the LORD has put alongside us and the work we do overseas.
