This is our call: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 and 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘆 in His presence and according to His will.

Church, we know we’re often among the first targets of the enemy. It’s so easy to get caught up in anger, frustration, envy, or to let our emotions steer us away from what’s right. But Scripture calls us to be the light of the world—and true light can only shine when peace lives in our hearts. We are called to be peacemakers, and that journey starts with us.

📖 Proverbs 14:30 reminds us:

𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥'𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟: 𝐂𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄

In Luke 9:61-62, we read:
[61] 𝑺𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒎, “𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒅, 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒐𝒐. 𝑩𝒖𝒕 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒎𝒆 𝒈𝒐 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒂𝒚 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅-𝒃𝒚𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒚 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚.”

Jesus makes it plain that following Him requires unwavering commitment. Here are key truths to help us walk this path with purpose:

1. 𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆 𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙒𝘼𝙍𝘿 – 𝙇𝙀𝙏 𝙂𝙊 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙋𝘼𝙎𝙏

Don’t let your vision drift backward or cling to old ways of living. Fix your eyes on the present work God is doing and the future He has prepared for you.

2. 𝙋𝙍𝙄𝙊𝙍𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙕𝙀 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂𝘿𝙊𝙈 𝘼𝘽𝙊𝙑𝙀 𝘼𝙇𝙇

Matthew 13:44
“Heaven’s kingdom realm can be illustrated like this: ‘A person discovered that there was hidden treasure in a field. Upon finding it, he hid it again. Because of uncovering such treasure, he was overjoyed and sold all that he possessed to buy the entire field just so he could have the treasure.’”
When the kingdom becomes our highest priority, every other choice falls into proper perspective.

3. 𝙋𝙍𝘼𝙔 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙀𝙓𝙋𝙀𝘾𝙏 𝙂𝙊𝘿’𝙎 𝙋𝙊𝙒𝙀𝙍 𝙏𝙊 𝘼𝘾𝙏

1 Corinthians 4:20
“For the kingdom realm of God comes with power, not simply impressive words.”
Pray with confidence, believing God will save, deliver, heal, and transform lives – including your own.

4. 𝙀𝙈𝘽𝙍𝘼𝘾𝙀 𝘼 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘿𝙒𝙄𝘿𝙀 𝙑𝙄𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉

Matthew 13:31-32, 33
[31] “Heaven’s kingdom can be compared to the tiny mustard seed that a man takes and plants in his field. [32] Although the smallest of all the seeds, it eventually grows into the greatest of garden plants, becoming a tree for birds to come and build their nests in its branches.”
[33] “Heaven’s kingdom can be compared to yeast that a woman takes and blends into three measures of flour and then waits until all the dough rises.”
Like a mustard seed or yeast, let your faith spread far and wide, touching every corner of the world around you.

5. 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙏 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙉𝙀𝙏 𝙒𝙄𝘿𝙀 𝙏𝙊 𝙂𝘼𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙍 𝘼𝙇𝙇

Matthew 13:47-48
[47] “Heaven’s kingdom realm is like a fisherman who casts his large net into the lake, catching an assortment of fish. [48] When the net was filled, the fishermen hauled it up on the shore, and they all sat down to sort out their catch. They collected the good in baskets and threw the bad away.”
We are called to reach everyone with the gospel, trusting God to separate what is good and right in His time.

6. 𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙎 𝙄𝙉 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝙋𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 – 𝘿𝙊𝙉’𝙏 𝘽𝙀 𝙋𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙑𝙀

Luke 16:16
“The law of Moses and the revelation of the prophets have prepared you for the arrival of the kingdom announced by John. Since that time, the wonderful news of God’s kingdom is being preached, and people’s hearts burn with extreme passion to receive it.”
Pursue the kingdom actively – let your heart burn with desire to know God more deeply and advance His work.

7. 𝘾𝙇𝘼𝙄𝙈 𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙏𝙊𝙍𝙔 𝙄𝙉 𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍𝙔 𝘽𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙇𝙀

Luke 11:18
“If it is true that Satan casts out his own demons through me, how could his kingdom remain intact?”
The kingdom of God is stronger than any opposition. Walk in the victory Jesus has already won for us.

May this message take root in your heart, and may the Holy Spirit guide and strengthen you each day. The call is now – 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 into all that God has prepared for you! 📣🙏

Last Sunday, December 28, the CKRGM family gathered to honor the tapestry of this year — weaving together every thread of God’s faithfulness and goodness. We clung to the truth of Psalm 136:1: “𝑮𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒅, 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅, 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒇𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓.”

We remembered all of it: the moments He brought to pass, the doors He opened, and the ones He gently closed. In every twist and turn, we saw His purpose — for nothing is wasted, and He is always good, His love never fading.

From our hearts to yours, a belated wish for a joy-filled Christmas, and an advance cheer for a New Year wrapped in His promise. 🌲🎉❤️
