Re: Chapel Youth Orientation and Election
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Greetings of Peace and Solidarity!
The St. Joseph the Patriarch - Mabolo Parish Youth Coordinating Council will facilitate a Chapel Youth Orientation on the New By-Laws and Constitution of the Commission on Youth in the Archdiocese of Cebu. Along with this matter and in pursuant to the instructions and the upcoming Parish Youth Coordinating Council election, Chapel Youth Councils are hereby encouraged and instructed to have an election before April 30, 2022.
Please be advised that Chapel Youth Councils must undergo first an orientation to be given by the PYCC before having an election. On the election of the Chapel Youth Council, the Electoral Committee, to be composed of a presider, a poll clerk, and a secretary must be from the officers of the PYCC. They shall ensure the smooth running of the elections, supervise conformity within the applicable rules, opening of ballots, counting of the votes, and declaring of winners. They shall record in the minutes all the acts and data required in the election. An original copy of the minutes shall be sealed and submitted to the PYCC President and the Parish Youth Director with the signature of all the members of the committee right after the election. The election must be witnessed by, at least, two (2) official representatives of the PYCC.
With this, we ask you to send at least five – ten (5-10) officers or official members in your Chapel Youth Council for the orientation.

• Zone 1 Chapels – April 2, 2022, 7:00 PM at Lower Mahiga Chapel
• Zone 2 Chapels – April 2, 2022, 7:00 PM at Sitio Univelle Chapel
• Zone 3 Chapels – April 3, 2022, 7:00 PM at Sitio Vercide Chapel
• Zone 4 Chapels – April 09, 2022, 7:00 PM at Sitio Abellana Chapel
• Zone 5 Chapels – April 10, 2022, 7:00 PM at San Roque Chapel
• Zone 6, Zone 7, and Zone 8 Chapels – April 10, 2022 at K of C Hall, Mabolo Parish
