When we give our burdens, worries, and cares to God it will bring us peace. Trust and believe that God is for you. He loves you and wants only the best for you. When you let go, you can fully rest in His strength. You don’t have to worry. Worry adds not a single day to your life.

It’s hard to trust God when you don’t understand what he is doing. But we must realize that He is God and that He has everything under control. God knows what He is doing. We must walk by faith and trust that God has a plan. Faith is trusting God even when you don’t know the details.

Amen is a Hebrew word that is essentially an affirmation of truth or agreement, meaning something like 'so be it', or 'it is true. ' When we end a prayer with the word amen, we are acknowledging that we believe God actively hears our prayers, and that our prayers will be answered by him in his time.
