Today, we give thanks to God for the priceless gift of the priesthood. As we celebrate the Feast of St. John Mary Vianney, patron saint of parish priests, we honor and pray for all priests who faithfully dedicate their lives to proclaiming the Gospel, celebrating the Sacraments, and shepherding God's people with love and compassion.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our priests of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish โ€“ Capitol for your faithful service, spiritual guidance, and unwavering commitment to Christ and His Church.

As part of our pilgrimage, the MOAS-OLSHP journeyed to the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe de Cebu, where we had the privilege of serving at the 6:30 AM Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Jesam B. Felicano. The fiesta commemorates the miraculous end of the 1902 cholera epidemic, attributed to the healing grace obtained through the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe de Cebu.

May we remember the steadfast faith of our predecessors and reaffirm our faith in God's loving providence as we joyfully commemorate this holy occasion. May the blessings of healing, peace, hope, and protection continue to come to our families, our community, and all the faithful through the maternal intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe de Cebu.
