With profound thanksgiving to Almighty God, the Iglesia Filipina Independiente joyfully commemorates the 124th Proclamation Anniversary of her establishment as a Church born from the Filipino people's enduring witness to faith, freedom, and the faithful proclamation of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As we celebrate this sacred milestone, we remember with gratitude the steadfast witness of our forebears, whose courage, sacrifice, and unwavering trust in God laid the foundation for a Church that remains deeply rooted in the Holy Scriptures, nourished by the Sacraments, and committed to the apostolic ministry entrusted to us by Christ.
The celebration of this anniversary calls every member of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente to renew our covenant with God and our commitment to the Church's mission. Sustained by God's abundant grace, nurtured in the faith handed down through the generations, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, let us continue to proclaim the Good News, uphold justice and peace, serve those in need, and bear faithful witness to Christ in our communities and throughout the nation.
May this year's theme inspire us to remain steadfast in our vocation as the People of God, united in worship, strengthened in fellowship, and ever faithful to the mission of God's Kingdom. May the Lord of the Church continue to bless the Iglesia Filipina Independiente with wisdom, unity, and perseverance as she faithfully fulfills her mission for generations to come.
