By God's grace, we have been transforming lives in Cebu, the Philippines and beyond since 1971. 🙌 The group was able to own a lot and establish a chapel.

HIALSMI started as a house fellowship that composed of 20 individuals from 10 families back in 1971. This was with the help of Miss Mollie E. Baird (an American missionary) hence the church was named after her with Assembly of God as its covering. 51 years later by the grace of God, an average of 500 members (comprising children, youths and adults) gather on Sundays for Worship Celebrations/Life G

roup Meetings and midweek to intercede for revival/ spiritual awakening among the 8 Pillars of the Philippines and beyond. We have also produced countless professionals from the poorest among the poor who are now making huge impact in different spheres of society here in the country and abroad. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!!!

Am I truly trusting God, or am I relying more on my own understanding?
Am I willing to surrender my plans, even if His path looks different?

In a world where we’re used to figuring everything out on our own, this verse gently reminds us to release control and place our full trust in God, not partially, not only when it’s easy, but with all our heart.

Brothers and sisters, God sees what we cannot see. He knows what lies ahead, and He is already making a way for you. Trust Him in the waiting. Trust Him in the unknown. Trust Him when it’s hard.

Because when you place your life in His hands, He will guide your steps with purpose, peace, and perfect timing. 💛

RICHES REVEALED: Our Identity in Christ and Our View of Him

Many believers live like beggars instead of heirs due to a lack of understanding of their identity. The truth is, we are already rich in Christ. Therefore, we are called to live with confidence, intimacy, gratitude, and awareness of His power.

Live in these powerful truths:
I. Our Identity in Christ (Ephesians 1:1–14)
We already possess abundant spiritual blessings – our heavenly bank accounts:
-Chosen (v.4): Selected by God, not based on performance but His purpose
-Adopted (v.5): Part of God’s family; we belong and call Him Abba, Father
-Redeemed (v.7): Fully forgiven and restored through Jesus’ blood
-Sealed (v.13): Marked by the Holy Spirit; our inheritance is secure

II. Our Perception of Christ (Ephesians 1:15–23)
Paul’s prayer is that believers understand what they have.
-Gratitude (vv.15–16): A thankful heart fuels prayer and growth
-Illumination (vv.17–18): Spiritual eyes opened to know God deeply
-Power (vv.19–23): The same power that raised Christ is at work in us

Deer feet are special and these can make them climb sheer rocky cliffs and never stumble or fall. Their split hooves help them stay balanced, and extra toes give grip on soft ground. Their feet absorb shock so they can run fast and jump far. They also move quietly to avoid danger, and their hooves change with the seasons for better grip.

Psalm 18:33 "He makes my feet like the feet of a deer" - is such a comforting reminder that we’re never left helpless and defenseless in tough moments. It is God who gives us the strength and grace we need, helping us stay steady even when life feels shaky.

And it doesn’t stop there. "He causes me to stand on the heights" - He doesn’t just help us survive, He lifts us up. He takes us from the struggle and sets us on higher ground, giving us a victory. We’re not meant to stay stuck. By God’s grace, we rise.

Jesus did not say, “No one comes to the Father except through religion,” or “through rituals,” or “through your own goodness.” Instead, He made it clear that the only way is through Him.

Why Him? Not only because He is God in human form, but because He bled and died on the cross to solve the ultimate human problem—our sin.

So whatever you’re facing right now, let this truth anchor your heart: you can always come to Jesus. No matter how heavy the burden or how far you feel, He remains the only way, the only truth, and the only life. Shalom!
