Household | March 21, 2026

In our recent MFC Singles Household, we reflected on Colossians 3:23โ€“24: a reminder to work with all our heart, as if working for the Lord and not for men. Inspired by Saint Joseph the Worker, we were called to see our daily work not just as a task, but as a mission.

No work is too small when it is offered to God. In every responsibility, we are invited to pray, to serve wholeheartedly, and to inspire others through our dedication and faith.

God is present everywhere, even in our workplaces. As we go about our daily routines, we are reminded to trust in Him and remain humble in all that we do.

May we continue to offer our work to the Lord, allowing it to be a witness of faith that inspires others to seek Him in their own lives; and through the intercession of Saint Joseph, may we be guided in our labor and strengthened in our faith. ๐Ÿ’š

General Prayer Assembly | March 15, 2026

During this Lenten season,we were invited to look how our struggles shape our relationship with God. Through the sharings of each of the different Missionary Families of Christ Cebu sections, we saw how suffering, offered to Christ, can lead to growth, healing, and deeper faith.

On March 15, 2026, the MFC Cebu gathered for a General Prayer Assembly; a time to encounter God and be reminded that He is at work in our lives, redeeming and restoring us even in our trials.

We were blessed by the presence of our Zone Coordinator, Tito Jun Caramat, who introduced our new Provincial Area Coordinators, Tito Homer and Tita Gemelyn Balatbat, as well as Kuya Philip Dela Vega, Live Life National and LCSC Visayas Coordinator.

As we journey through Lent, may we embrace our crosses with faith, trusting that in Christ, no suffering is ever wasted. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑโœ๏ธ

Household Servants Training | March 14, 2026

Last Saturday, our brothers and sisters were formed and equipped to embrace their calling as servant leadersโ€”guiding their households in building deeper spiritual and fraternal relationships rooted in Christ.

More than a training, it was a reminder that leadership in the mission is not about position, but about service: to listen, to accompany, and to lead other souls closer to God through genuine witness and love.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Awing family for graciously opening their home and for their warm welcome, service, and support throughout the training. We also thank our brothers and sisters from Negros who generously shared their time and hearts as speakers, guiding us in this journey of formation.

Please pray for us, that we may serve our households well, remain faithful to the mission, and become instruments of Christ in the household entrusted to us. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑโœ๏ธ

February 2026 Household: Living a Life Rooted in Christ

In our recent MFC Singles Household, we were reminded of a beautiful truth: life is a sacred gift from God, meant to be lived with meaning, purpose, and direction in Christ.

As we reflect during Pro-Life Month, we are called not only to defend life, but to live it fully rooted in Jesus, grounded in faith, and overflowing with gratitude. A life anchored in Christ becomes a life that blesses others.

May we continue to receive this gift of life with thankful hearts, allowing God to shape our choices, our priorities, and our mission. โœ๏ธ
