Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" — John 14:6

​In a world full of conflicting directions and changing opinions, it’s easy to feel lost or uncertain about where to put our trust.

But today’s reminder is simple yet profound: Jesus isn't just showing us a path, He is the path.
​
1. He is the Way - He himself is the way, when we feel unsure about our next step.
2. He is the Truth - again, He himself is the truth when the noise of the world feels overwhelming and pressuring.
3. He is the Life - when we need fresh revelation about everything and anything, He himself is the life.

​As we step into a new week, let's anchor our hearts in His promises and trust Him to lead our steps.

Philippians 2:12-13
"Work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good."

Our faith is not just something we believe - it is something we live out every day. As we surrender our lives to God, He works in us, gives us the desire, strength, and ability to fulfill His purpose.

This does not mean that we earn or work our salvation. Salvation is a gift from God through faith in Jesus Christ. Instead, Paul is encouraging us, believers to live out the salvation we already received. For it is God who works in us.

Exodus 13:17-19, NIV
When Pharaoh let the people go, God did not lead them on the road through the Philistine country, though that was shorter. For God said, “If they face war, they might change their minds and return to Egypt.” So God led the people around by the desert road toward the Red Sea. The Israelites went up out of Egypt ready for battle. Moses took the bones of Joseph with him because Joseph had made the Israelites swear an oath. He had said, “God will surely come to your aid, and then you must carry my bones up with you from this place.

God did not lead Israel through the shortest road, but through the right road.

Sometimes, God allows detours, delays, and longer journeys - not because He has forgotten us, but because He knows what is ahead and what we need along the way.

When you don’t understand the path, trust the One who does.
When the journey feels long, keep walking.
When the way seems uncertain, keep believing.

God’s direction is always greater than our understanding.
