Hallowed is for God but holloween is for the devil
Hollowed - It is an expression of sanctification to set apart for God and to sanctify His name.

Matthew 6:9
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, (Hallowed be thy name).

It is a reminder for all the believers that His name is only to be exalted and revered.

Why Holloween is not for the Christian?

Ephesians 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

God thru His Son Jesus is the Only Hope in our death. Titus 1:2, 3:7

“Striving Together.”

Philippians 1:27 KJV

" 27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;"

1. The church must be united in Spirit (2 Cor. 3:2)

2. The church must be united in Service
• be an encouragement to others to serve the Lord

3. The church must be united in Sacrifice
• Sacrifice is honor and glory to God
• Sacrifice is honor and grace from God

Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?
Isaiah:29:15

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
1 John:1:5-7

Often, people try to hide their sins. They sin behind closed doors or in the actual dark where they think others cannot see. Why? Because sin is shameful. We do not want to expose our sin to the light. Yet, no matter how much effort you place into hiding your plans or sins from the Lord, he still sees your heart. He searches our heart and knows what evil is lurking in the darkness. He will bring what was hidden in the darkness into the light and judge it accordingly.

PRAYER

Dear God, search me and know my ways. Do not allow me to hide anything from you. Whatever secret sin I am harboring, bring it to the light so that I may seek forgiveness and repent. I know you discipline us because you love us. Remove any sin from my life that is separating me from you. Thank you for loving us enough to send your son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for my sins so that I may have eternal life. In Jesus' name, amen.

Happy Lord's Day

Aaron's sons had offered "strange fire, " unauthorized incense, before Jehovah-God and had been consumed by the fire of God before the people of Israel. We are not to worship God in any way we please but according to the manner he has prescribed. Serving God is not according to our will and ways but according to His Holy Word. We are to keep the worship of God holy, not intermix it with the ways of the world.

PRAYER

Help me to worship you aright, O God. Teach my heart to hallow your holy name. Teach my lips to praise you according to truth. Teach my hands to work for your glory and my feet to go where you send me. Make all my life an act of worship of you, O Lord.

Jesus came to call sinners to repentance. He came to heal the sick. He didn't come for those who think they are righteous and in no need of a savior. We all need a savior, though, and Jesus is the only one who can save. Repent from all your sins turn upon Jesus and believed and you will be saved. Choose the LORD, and choose to serve Him. You will not regret it.

PRAYER

LORD, I will serve from now on. You are holy and good. I want to follow Your will and Your path. I don't want to write the narrative of my life; I want You to write it for me. Thank You for sending Jesus to save us sinners. I am blessed to be loved and cared for by You. Keep me humble before You. In Jesus' name. Amen.

This father whose son was demon-possessed brought him to Jesus. But while Jesus was away, his disciples were unable to cast out the demon. When Jesus returned, the man said to Jesus "if you can do anything, " please have compassion on us. But Jesus answered that "if you can believe, " all things are possible. Then the man cried out "I believe; help my unbelief! "

PRAYER

O Author and Finisher of my faith, I believe you but still struggle with unbelief. Help my unbelief, Lord, that I may not question your power to overcome every trial or temptation. You have worked mightily in many others before me, and I know you can do the same for me. Amen.
