The Leadership Program of the แดษชษดษช๊œฑแด›ส€ส แด๊œฐ แด„สœแดœส€แด„สœ ษขส€แด‡แด‡แด›แด‡ส€๊œฑ แด€ษดแด… แด„แดสŸสŸแด‡แด„แด›แดส€๊œฑ was held last January 18. It was a meaningful time for all of us as we prepare to take on new roles and responsibilities in the ministry.

One line that really stayed with us was,โ€œ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐š๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ, ๐ข๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐š๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž.โ€ It reminded us that being a leader doesnโ€™t mean having power over others, but being someone who understands, listens, and genuinely cares for the people you serve.

This also reminded us of ๐˜“๐˜ถ๐˜ฌ๐˜ฆ 6:31, which says, โ€œ๐——๐—ผ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐˜„๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—บ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚.โ€ Itโ€™s a simple but powerful reminder to treat everyone with kindness and fairness. If we donโ€™t want to be treated badly, then we should always choose to do good to others.

As members of the Greeters and Collectors Ministry, this program reminded us that our service is not just a task, but an act of faith. Through love, care, and unity, we can serve God and others with sincere hearts.

On December 27, 2025, with joyful hearts, Ministry of Church Greeters and Collectors ( MCGC ) gathered children from different communities within our parish ( San Isidro Labrador de Ligtong ) to learn and grow in faith together. Through stories, games and shared laughter, we shared God's love in a simple way.

We welcomed every child and guided them closer to Christ, planting seeds of faith that will grow with them.
