The Leadership Program of the แดษชษดษช๊ฑแดสส แด๊ฐ แดสแดสแดส ษขสแดแดแดแดส๊ฑ แดษดแด
แดแดสสแดแดแดแดส๊ฑ was held last January 18. It was a meaningful time for all of us as we prepare to take on new roles and responsibilities in the ministry.
One line that really stayed with us was,โ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ, ๐ข๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐๐๐ซ๐.โ It reminded us that being a leader doesnโt mean having power over others, but being someone who understands, listens, and genuinely cares for the people you serve.
This also reminded us of ๐๐ถ๐ฌ๐ฆ 6:31, which says, โ๐๐ผ ๐๐ผ ๐ผ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐น๐ฑ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐บ ๐ฑ๐ผ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐.โ Itโs a simple but powerful reminder to treat everyone with kindness and fairness. If we donโt want to be treated badly, then we should always choose to do good to others.
As members of the Greeters and Collectors Ministry, this program reminded us that our service is not just a task, but an act of faith. Through love, care, and unity, we can serve God and others with sincere hearts.
