Ngayong Linggo, tayo ay pinaalalahanan na ang tunay na pagbabago ay hindi lamang tungkol sa ating panlabas na kilos, kundi sa pagbabago ng ating puso. ❤️

Tinatawag tayo ng Diyos na lumayo sa kasalanan, italaga ang ating buhay sa Kanya, at mamuhay nang banal. Sa pamamagitan ng Kanyang Salita, ng kapangyarihan ng Banal na Espiritu, at ng dugo ni Jesus, patuloy tayong binabago upang maging higit na katulad ni Cristo.

✨ Suriin natin ang ating mga iniisip, salita, at gawa.
✨ Ialay natin ang ating buong buhay sa Diyos.
✨ Unahin natin ang Kanyang kaharian at katuwiran.

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

The Three Tenses of Salvation

“GOD IS STILL WORKING IN ME!”

2 Thessalonians 5:23-24
23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 The one who calls you is faithful, and He will do it

Sanctification is God’s continuing work in our lives - changing us little by little to become more like Christ.

Key Points
I. GOD IS THE ONE WHO SANCTIFIES US
2 Thessalonians 5:23
May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. – v. 23

II. GOD WANTS TO SANCTIFY THE WHOLE OF US
May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless …– V. 23

III. SANCTIFICATION IS A DAILY PROCESS
…..at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. – V. 23

IV. SANCTIFICATION REQUIRES SURRENDER
12 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. – Romans 12:1

V. GOD WILL FINISH WHAT HE STARTED
The one who calls you is faithful, and He will do it. – 1 Thessalonians 5:24

I am still being sanctified.
I am still being transformed.
I am still becoming more like Jesus.
GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH ME YET.
Because:
“He who calls me is faithful; He will surely do it.”

SEPARATION OF SIN TO SANCTIFICATION

2 Corinto 6:14-18

14 Huwag kayong makisama sa mga di-sumasampalataya na para bang kapareho ninyo sila. Maaari bang magsama ang katuwiran at ang kalikuan? O kaya'y ang liwanag at ang kadiliman? 15 Maaari bang magkasundo si Cristo at ang Diyablo[a]? Ano ang kaugnayan ng sumasampalataya sa di- sumasampalataya? 16 O di kaya'y ng templo ng Diyos sa diyus-diyosan? Hindi ba't tayo ang templo[b] ng Diyos na buháy? Siya na rin ang maysabi,

“Mananahan ako at mamumuhay sa piling nila. Ako ang magiging Diyos nila, at sila'y magiging bayan ko. 17 Kaya't lumayo kayo sa kanila, humiwalay kayo sa kanila,” sabi ng Panginoon. “Iwasan ninyo ang anumang marumi, at tatanggapin ko kayo. 18 Ako ang magiging ama ninyo, at kayo'y magiging mga anak ko,”sabi ng Panginoong Makapangyarihan sa lahat.

Ang tunay na pagsunod kay Cristo ay hindi lamang tungkol sa paglapit sa Diyos, kundi pati sa paglayo sa kasalanan. Tinatawag tayo ng Panginoon na humiwalay sa anumang hindi kalugod-lugod sa Kanya at mamuhay bilang Kanyang banal na templo.

Paano natin ilalayo ang ating sarili sa kasalanan at mamumuhay sa kabanalan:

*LIVE AS GOD'S
HOLY TEMPLE

Ang separation ay hindi pagkawala, kundi paghahanda para sa sanctification. Kapag pinili nating iwan ang kasalanan, mas lalo nating pinipiling mamuhay para sa Diyos. 🙏

“WILL NOT RUN DRY”

1 Kings 17:7–9

7 Some time later the brook dried up because there had been no rain in the land. 8 Then the word of the Lord came to him: 9 “Go at once to Zarephath in the region of Sidon and stay there. I have directed a widow there to supply you with food.”

There may be seasons when our “brook” dries up—when the things we depended on suddenly disappear, and we wonder, “Lord, what now?”
But when one source dries up, God is never out of supply. He can lead us to a new place, open another door, and provide through unexpected people and unexpected ways.

The brook may dry up, but God’s provision will not run dry.
The situation may change, but God remains faithful. When God says “Go,” trust Him—because He has already prepared the provision.

Let us continue to trust, obey, and believe that our God will never run dry!
