Rev. Romeo Crisostomo

God’s love is greater than anything this world could ever offer. He proved it when He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. But the Word also reminds us if we do not believe, we are already condemned.

The world tries to win our hearts with temporary pleasures; the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes, and the pride of life. But all these will pass away. Only those who do the will of God will remain forever. That’s why the Bible says, “Do not love the world or the things in it.”

True love is not found in what the world offers, but in loving God above all. As Jesus said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength,” and “love your neighbor as yourself.”

So when anger comes, remember His Word, “Be angry, and sin not.” When temptation calls, remember His love. When the world offers what looks pleasing, remember eternity.

Because at the end of the day, the question remains:
Who has your heart — the world that fades, or the Lord who saves?

Theme: "REMAIN FAITHFUL AND MOVING FORWARD "
Text: Matthew 24:1-15
Rev. Romeo Crisostomo

Life isn’t always easy. There will be moments of pain, confusion, and doubt. Times when everything seems to fall apart. But even in those moments, God reminds us to stay faithful and keep trusting Him.

Jesus spoke about trials, wars, and hardships that would come yet He also told us not to be afraid. These things must happen, but those who stand firm in their faith will be saved.

So when the road gets rough and the world feels uncertain, don’t lose heart. Keep your eyes on God. Keep walking forward, one step at a time.

Because faith isn’t just believing when everything is easy, it’s holding on even when everything feels impossible.
