The Holy Mass was presided over by Most Rev. Abel C. Apigo, D.D., Bishop of the Diocese of Mati, and concelebrated by the diocesan and religious clergy of Mati. Earlier that morning, the 6:00 AM Fiesta Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Donald Fernandez.
