POST-ENCOUNTER | Lesson 7: The Church: God’s Refuge

"But the godly will flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon. For they are transplanted to the lord’s own house. They flourish in the courts of our God. Even in old age they will still produce fruit; they will remain vital and green."
β€” Psalms 92:12-14

The Church is not just a building we go to, it is God’s refuge for His people. It is the gathering of those called out of darkness and into His marvelous light. In the presence of a faithful church family, we are strengthened, guided, corrected, and encouraged to continue walking with Christ.

God never designed us to grow alone. Those who remain planted in His house will continue to flourish spiritually.

Let us declare these truths in faith: I belong to the family of God. I will remain faithful in God’s house. I will grow in obedience, humility, and spiritual maturity. I will stay planted where God has called me.
