The World Apostolate of Fatima of the Philippines in collaboration with the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cubao, and Landmark Trinoma Mall will hold the National Fatima Convention on the Centenary of the Five First Saturdays Devotion on December 10, 2024 (Tuesday) at the Mary Mother of Hope Chapel, 4th level, Landmark Trinoma, North Avenue corner Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City.

The guest speaker is Sr. Angela de Fatima Coelho, the Postulator of the Causes of Canonization for Saints Francisco and Jacinta Marto, the Vice Postulator of the Cause of Canonization for Sr. Lucia dos Santos, and the Superior General of the Aliança de Santa Maria from Portugal.

The convention will focus on the theme “The Story Continues: Know, Live, and Spread the Fatima Message” and targets to gather attendees from all over the country to make known to Filipinos the authentic Message of Fatima as approved by the Church especially the Communion of Reparation on the Five First Saturdays of the month and the need for consecration of the country and the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. In addition, it envisions to implement all over the country the Five First Saturdays Devotion as recommended by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines.

Marian devotees, members of church organizations (Fatima and Marian groups), parishioners especially from Fatima and Immaculate Heart of Mary Parishes, and all interested Catholics are requested to attend the event.

The registration fee is P1,000.00 covering the convention materials but not including the food since meals may be taken in restaurants in the mall.

FIRST DAY OF NOVENA TO OUR LADY OF FÁTIMA

In the name of the ✠ Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O Most Holy Virgin Mary, you came to Fatima to reveal the graces that come from praying the Holy Rosary to three little shepherd children. Inspire us with a sincere love of this devotion so that, like the shepherd children, it is not a burdensome task but a life-giving prayer. May our prayers and meditations on the mysteries of our redemption bring us closer to your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Like the children of Fatima, we want to bring God’s word to others. Give us the strength, O Lord, to overcome our doubts so that we may be messengers of the Gospel. We know that Jesus lives in our hearts and we receive Him in the Eucharist.

Lord Jesus, the miracles, prophecies and prayers that Your Mother brought to us at Fatima amazed the whole world. We are certain of her closeness to You. We ask through the intercession of Our Lady of Fatima that you graciously hear and answer our prayers. Especially… (mention your intentions here…)
