THE S*X YOU MUST NOT HAVE:

By J.M. Wang' Ombe

1. You must never agree to have s*x with a married man no matter what he promises or professes. Never!

2. Never agree to have s*x with your boss. If the harassment becomes too much, resign and trust God for a better job.

3. If God put people under your care to mentor, Pastor, Spiritual Advisor or Priest; it is better you die than to have s*x with them. Never take advantage of God’s people no matter what.

4. Don’t have s*x with a married woman. If you are getting too much attached via chatting, official or academic rapport, break up the closeness or whatever name you have for it.

5. Never have s*x with your lecturers. S*x for grades or marks is for nonentity. You are not. Never must you be.

6. If you are a marketer, never agree to sleep with a prospective client just to meet your official target. Never!

7. Don’t have s*x with your in-laws. If he or she stays with you and you are finding it difficult to resist the pull, let him or her leave. I mean latest tomorrow.

8. Don’t have s*x with your neighbour or colleague. A neighbour is a neighbour. A colleague is a colleague. Don’t get your life more complicated.

9. Don’t have s*x with your platonic friend. If the relationship is no longer platonic, break up the thing.

10. I believe God created s*x to be between male and female. Stay away from having s*x with your same gender. God is against homos*xuality and so should you.

11. Don’t have s*x with your sibling or relatives. In**st is vile.

12. Don’t have s*x with your girlfriend. Don’t have s*x with your boyfriend. God did not create s*x for love relationships. He created it for MARRIAGE.

The only s*x you should have is with your legally married/wedded partner.

God Bless You.

THE CATHOLIC WORKS OF MERCY:

When Catholics serve others, they give witness to Jesus Christ. As acts of love that help us care for the needs of others, the Works of Mercy are an opportunity for Catholics to give witness to Christ.

Jesus entrusted his followers the responsibility of caring for others. One way that Catholics fulfill this responsibility is by performing the Works of Mercy.

Mercy is one of the fruits of charity, which enables us to show love and compassion to those who are suffering in any way, whether in mind, body, heart, or soul.

The Works of Mercy are divided into two categories:

β–ͺ︎The Corporal Works of Mercy
(dealing with the body) and

β–ͺ︎The Spiritual Works of Mercy
(dealing with the mind, heart, and soul).

β–  THE CORPORAL ACTS:

1) To feed the hungry:
"For I was hungry and you gave me to eat."
(Mt. 25:35)

2) To give drink to the thirsty: "...
I was thirsty and you gave me to drink..."
(Mt. 25:35)

3) To clothe the naked:
"I was...naked and you clothed me..."
(Mt. 25:36)

4) To visit the imprisoned:
"I was in prison and you came to me."
(Mt. 25:36)

5) To shelter the homeless: "..I was a stranger and you took me in..."
(Mt. 25:35)

6) To visit the sick: "...
I was sick and you cared for me..."
(Mt. 25:36)

7) To bury the dead:
"Amen, I say to you, insofar as you did it for one of these least of my brothers, you did it for me."
(Mt. 25:40)

β–  THE SPIRITUAL ACTS:

1) To admonish the sinner:
"...there will be more joy in Heaven at the repentance of one sinner than at ninety-nine of the righteous who had no need of repentance."
(Lk. 15:7)

2) To instruct the ignorant:
"Go into the whole world and proclaim the good news to all creation."
(Mk. 16:15)

3) To counsel the doubtful:
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you...Let not your hearts be troubled..."
(Jn. 14:27)

4) To comfort the sorrowful:
"Come to me, all you grown weary and burdened, and I will refresh you."
(Mt. 11:28)

5) To bear wrongs patiently:
"...Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you."
(Lk. 6:27-28)

6)To forgive all injuries:
"And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors."
(Mt. 6:12)

7)To pray for the living and the dead:
"Father, I desire that they, too, may be with me where I am..."
(Jn. 17:24)

FIVE (5) COMMON MISTAKES WE MAKE DURING MASS.

1- SIT BEFORE THE PRIEST SITS.
During Mass, the priest represents Christ and it is inappropriate for the faithful to sit before him. Once the priest has finished saying the opening prayers and it is time for the Mass readings, the community should wait for the priest to join first before doing so. Except in certain situations where the priest asks to do so.

2- MAKE THE SIGN OF THE CROSS SEVERAL TIMES DURING MASS.
This is the mistake that many Catholics make, including some Church leaders most of the time. Making the Sign of the Cross several times during Mass, especially after receiving Holy Communion, which is not good. The sign of the cross is made only in two parts of the mass, at the beginning and at the end.

3- KNEEL WITH THE LEFT KNEE.
During the passion of Christ, the Roman soldiers knelt with their left knees before Jesus, but they were actually laughing at him. Genuflection of Catholics i.e. kneeling with the right knee as a sign of respect for the Holy Eucharist. Some Catholics often make the mistake of genuflecting with the left knee, which is not good.

4- MEETING WITH THE PRIEST FOR BLESSINGS IMMEDIATELY AFTER MASS.
The priest has already pronounced the words of blessing during the closing rite of the mass. So there is no need to follow him for personal blessings after he has gone out of the church.

5- TO LEAVE THE CHURCH BEFORE THE PRIEST.
It is advisable to wait until the priest has completely withdrawn from the church before leaving. But unfortunately, many of the faithful leave mass immediately after the post-communion prayers and some immediately after mass when the priest has not yet left. Please be Catholic in practice not just with mere words.

Jesus said to St. Margaret Mary, β€œIn the excess of the mercy of my heart, I promise you that my all powerful love will grant to all those who will receive communion on the First Fridays, for nine consecutive months, the grace of final repentance: they will not die in my displeasure, nor without receiving the sacraments; and my heart will be their secure refuge in that last hour.”
To gain this grace, we are encouraged to:
+ Receive holy Communion on nine consecutive first Fridays.
+ Have the intention of honoring the Sacred Heart of Jesus and of reaching final perseverance.
+ Offer each holy Communion as an act of atonement for offenses against the Blessed Sacrament.
Below are the last of 12 promises connected to the Devotion to the Sacred Heart, particularly attached to the Enthronement of the Sacred Heart in one’s home:
-I will give them all the graces necessary in their state of life.
- I will establish peace in their homes.
- I will comfort them in all their afflictions.
- I will be their secure refuge during life, and above all, in death.
- I will bestow abundant blessings upon all their undertakings.
- Sinners will find in my heart the source and infinite ocean of mercy.
- Lukewarm souls shall become fervent.
- Fervent souls shall quickly mount to high perfection.
- I will bless every place in which an image of my heart is exposed and honored.
- I will give to priests the gift of touching the most hardened hearts.
- Those who shall promote this devotion shall have their names written in my Heart.
- I promise you in the excessive mercy of my Heart that my all-powerful love will grant to all those who receive Holy Communion on the First Fridays in nine consecutive months the grace of final perseverance; they shall not die in my disgrace, nor without receiving their sacraments. My divine heart shall be their safe refuge in this last moment.
The great promise of the Sacred Heart is most consoling: the grace of final perseverance and the joy of having Jesus' heart as our sure refuge and infinite ocean of mercy in our last hour.
