Celebrating 69 Years of God's Grace in the Life of Pastor Al

Today we thank God for a faithful servant, a loving shepherd, and a spiritual father to many.

Pastor Al, your life has been a blessing to our church family. Through your years of ministry, you have taught us God's Word, encouraged us in difficult times, and reminded us to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23

As you celebrate your 69th birthday, we pray that God will continue to bless you abundantly, strengthen your body, refresh your spirit, and grant you many more fruitful years in His service.

Thank you for your faithfulness, humility, and love for God's people. May your birthday be filled with joy, gratitude, and the presence of the Lord.

Are you ready if Jesus came today?

The Bible reminds us that Jesus will return unexpectedly. The world around us is temporary, but God's promises are eternal.

Today, choose to:
✨ Live faithfully.
🙏 Walk in holiness.
❤️ Love deeply.
📖 Treasure God's Word.
👑 Keep your hope in Christ.

Don't wait until tomorrow to prepare your heart. The best time to follow Jesus wholeheartedly is today.

🎉 Belated Happy Father's Day to all the fathers and father figures!

Last Sunday's message reminded us of what it means to be a Godly Father—a father according to the heart of God.

Title: Godly Fathers – A Father According to the Heart of God

A godly father:

✅ Leads by example — choosing what is right and standing firm in his convictions.
✅ Leads his family — guiding his home according to God's will and pointing them toward Christ.
✅ Loves his wife — with an exalting and sacrificial love that helps bring her closer to God.
✅ Makes God his priority — seeking first the Kingdom of God and refusing to place family, work, or worldly pursuits above Him.

May all fathers be encouraged to follow God's heart, leading their families with faith, love, and unwavering devotion to the Lord.

“The Cost of Being Unprepared”
Text: Matthew 25:1–13

This morning, we were reminded through the Parable of the Ten Virgins that readiness for Christ's return cannot be borrowed, delayed, or taken lightly. The wise were prepared when the Bridegroom came, while the unprepared were left behind.

How can we stay ready?

✨ Stay Connected to God's Word
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." (Psalm 119:105)

🙏 Maintain a Daily Prayer Life
"Men ought always to pray and not lose heart." (Luke 18:1)
Prayer keeps our hearts close to God and strengthens us for every season.

🔥 Walk in the Holy Spirit
"Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." (Galatians 5:16)

✝️ Live in Obedience to Christ
True readiness is reflected in a life that follows and honors Him.

⏳ Be Prepared Until the End
"He who endures to the end shall be saved." (Matthew 24:13)

The question remains:

Are You Ready?

"And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut." (Matthew 25:10)

May we not be found unprepared, but faithfully watching, praying, and walking with the Lord until He comes.
